  1. Hi there. The settings I was referring to are settings on your computer and not the client. The client is not the issue, but rather your keyboard. Please have it checked accordingly if it doesn't perform as desired.
  2. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.
  3. Hi there. Tynamo is a Tier 8 pokemon that spawns at Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 6 on land at Night only. However, it spawns at the same place in the water only during the Morning. Hope this clarifies your question.
  4. Hi there. Unfortunately it is not possible for you to merge your Silver and Gold accounts together. You may only merge Red and Blue's data onto Silver. This is because we intended for the merge to simply carry over your data onto Silver since we have decided to only have two servers. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

  6. 1. What times does stuff officially change for farming and Pokemon catching purposes? Hi there. Morning lasts from 4:00-10:00. Day lasts from 10:00-20:00. Night lasts from 20:00-4:00. This can be seen with the symbol in the upper right hand corner. Morning has a sun with a blue-yellow background. Day has a sun with orange background, while Night has a moon and a darkened background. Along with this, you can do ^poketime in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord to know the time of the day. 2. For the researcher in the first city, he says show me you don't suck at life by evolving some Pokemon. Can I just use the same Pokemon? And if not what are the best 4 early on? If I can use just 1 where can I find Weedle/Caterpie and when (Morning/Day/Night). For the researcher in Route 2 stop, you'll need 10 different pokemon. You can't simply have 10 Caterpies, or evolve all 10 of those. You can usually catch different pokemon along the routes. You can find where a pokemon spawns by doing ^s <pokemon> in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord. All other researchers aren't essential for the story. 3. Is there like anywhere else I can go for help besides the incredibly off topic Help chat in-game and not have to post a thread in a most likely only used for technical support forum (sorry if it seems rude, not meant to be, just read your channel rules, and have been ignored in help channel for an hour)? I'm really sorry you've had to deal with that in-game. However, the help chat is mainly where you would ask for story-related support in-game.   9. Hi there. You'll need to use the move relearner and not the Pre-evo move tutor to teach your Fortress Spikes. In order to teach your pokemon Spikes, please learn 'Toxic Spikes' first then afterwards, head to the relearner again and you should now be able to relearn Spikes. This is a bug with the move relearner and we're working on a fix. Really sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if this has worked for you.

  16. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
