Hi there. That simply states that the issue seems to arise from your computer. There must be something on it that causes the program to not respond. It's possible that there is something eating up your memory in the background, which is why I suggest you clear all unnecessary processes and applications from your computer. However, I've already suggested all that I could and all I can simply suggest is clearing space on your computer to allow enough memory to run the application. Please also make sure your PC meets the requirements of our game.

Hi there. Based on our Database, your Registeel is indeed Hidden Ability. It has the ability Light Metal. I've forwarded your concern to the relevant parties and we will be looking into the issue. However, I can't give an ETA as to when this will be resolved. Please do note that the game is in BETA and unexpected bugs like this may happen. Could you try moving the Registeel in and out of your PC? I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.

Hi there. First of all, I've removed the screenshot as it contains sensitive information. Now, since you don't have the option to Merge, I can request to have your account merged for you. Is the Red server what you would like to select as your main server? -
One way to find out is by right-clicking on the desktop area and choosing Display Settings. In the Display Settings box, select Advanced Display Settings and then choose the Display Adapter properties option. On the Adapter tab in the box, you should see the brand of the graphics card and its memory amount listed. You can also get to the same Properties box from the Windows 10 Start menu — select Settings, then System to get to Advanced Display Settings, and then Display Adapter Properties. Hope this helps!

Hi there. It seems as if you do in fact have HM Cut in your inventory. You can find this under the TMs tab of your backpack. Below is how to access it, incase you need a visual guide. Step 1: Click on your Backpack in the lower left hand corner of the screen [spoiler=Step 1] Step 2: Click on the TMs tab [spoiler=Step 2] Step 3: Click on HM Cut to teach it to a pokemon. [spoiler=Step 3] Please let me know if you still have difficulty accessing Cut!

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.

Hi there. Unfortunately, if you failed to catch Registeel, there isn't a way to recatch it yet until the three Regis are added to Nikola's NPC. However, we cannot give an ETA as to when this will be added to the NPC. Until then, you'll have to be patient until they are available for you to catch again after battling Nikola. Hope I've answered your question. Let me know if you have any further issues. -
Hi there. This is a known bug which happens after you use a Mold Breaker pokemon against the pokemon you're battling. A restart to your client should fix this issue. Can you check this for me? Please let me know if your Registeel still does not have an ability afterwards.

Hi there. Please take note that you'll need to log onto the Dashboard (click on the word above to go to it), in order to merge. After merging, you should be able to log onto the Silver Server. You don't do this in the actual client. -

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day! -

Recommended 64-bit GNU/Linux based operative system CPU: 1.8 Ghz + (dual core) RAM: 2 Gb + GPU memory & clock speed: 1 Gb + & 600 Mhz + Graphic library: OpenGL ES 3.0 + (Mesa EGL 3D) Display resolution: 1280x720 Please let me know if you meet these requirements and are still having issues.

Hi there. Can you try one last time to delete all your old PRO Files and then redownload the newest client here? Please make sure you restart your computer before doing so and unzip the file to extract the PRO Game.
