If you are still stuck, please let me know. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again

Hi there. In order to relearn Spore, you'll have to learn Stun Spore first then afterwards, it should be able to relearn Spore. This is a known bug with the relearner. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if you have any further issues.

Hi there. You can obtain a Deep Sea tooth from Love Island's Rock Smash Spots and you have a chance to get it from the Abandoned ship quest. Furthermore, there is also a 5% chance for wild Clamperl to hold this item in the locations listed below. You may also purchase this item from other players in the in-game trade chat. #Pokemon Map Area Daytime Rarity MS Level Clamperl Route 221 Surf/Fish (Super Rod) M/D/N Tier 6 No 28-32 Clamperl Route 40 Fish (Good Rod) N Tier 5 No 15-21

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to ask about it in your appeal. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Hi there. Please take note that PRO is in Beta and bugs are bound to happen. However, I would like to thank you for bringing this up with our team. Leech Life has 100% Accuracy and 80 BP, to let you know. You can check information on moves by using ^info <move> in our Official PRO Discord in the #bot-commands channel. Also, just to clarify, the update to Leech Life was announced in our Update Logs. This is simply a visual glitch as not all in-game move previews are updated to generation 7. Rest assured that the move is working as intended. Hope this helps and have a great day.

Hi there. You can sell items to the Item Buyers in the First floor of Department Stores. The one for Kanto is in Celadon City. Below is a screenshot of the Item Buyer. As for items such as pearls, stardust, mushrooms, and nuggets, you may sell them to Item Maniacs found in Route 25 (Kanto), Ruins of Alph (Johto), Route 124 (Hoenn), and Celestic Town House 1 (Sinnoh). You can also sell items to players in the in-game Trade chat once you've agreed on a deal. [spoiler=Item Buyer] Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it. -

Hi there. Really sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the merge system was intended to work as a reset system so this may pose different bugs especially with quest lines. Therefore, you may have to continue the rest of the story with you're already caught pokemon. Take note that the region lock feature are still in effect, which means that your pokemon from other regions may be locked. Also, you cannot change your reset your game as of now due to the topic being closed. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference. Once again, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.
