Can you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Hi there. Unfortunately we don't have automatic updates therefore you'll have to delete all your old PRO files and reinstall the new client again. There isn't an option to set it to update everytime there's a new update. However, this may be possible in the future. For more information on changes coming both in-game and to the client, you may check out our Update Logs and keep an eye out in Announcements in our Official PRO Discord.

Hi there. Looking into it, that pokeball doesn't give any item and is simply there for aesthetics. There isn't any particular use to it, it won't reward you, and there isn't a way for you to get to this area. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand! -
Hi there. Unfortunately we are unable to de-evolve pokemon for you as we do not offer this service. You even had the chance to cancel the evolution when you saw it was not favorable as to what you wanted it to turn into. However for future reference, please note from the screenshot that PreHax has sent that in order for your Nincada to turn into a Ninjask, you'll have to level up the pokemon while you have a full party. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Please tell your friend to create a new account with a new gmail account as this will allow him to get the email easily. If he really wants to, he can change the email used on his account afterwards. -

Hi there. I regret to inform you about this, but you lose 5% of your money every time you black out so you should avoid blacking out as much as possible. PRO is also an MMO therefore things have been coded this way to maximize its purpose, which is to have you grind for most of your items. It is also the reason why most of the quests and storyline are more difficult than in the actual games. Really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hi there. You can buy pokemon from players in the Trade channel in-game, or you can find offers both in our Trades Sub-forum and our PRO Official Discord's trade channels. Please take note that you cannot access the trade channel in-game without the Rainbow Badge in Kanto. You can also only trade pokemonn from the region you're in/have completed.
