Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

Could you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Hi there. Can you tell me which server you'd like to select as your main server? (Although I assume Red) Also, please let me know which Regice you'd like to keep. (Red Regice or Blue)

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Go back to the Ruins of Alph and get the G.S Ball back. 2. Travel to Ilex Forest and head over to the shrine. 3. Interact with the Shrine between 00:00 and 01:00 Poketime. 4. Talk to Time Guardian Charles 4. Find the 10 Hidden Shards and report back to Time Guardian Charles. 5. Talk to Time Guardian Topan for your next challenge. 6. Follow the path but make sure to avoid the Time Guardians. 7. Once you reach Lake of Shine, talk to Time Guardian Long 8. Make your way to Celebi. 9. Catch Celebi.

Hi there. First of all, if you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error after merging, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. If your Red or Blue account is banned, you won't be able to merge and will therefore have to appeal in Discipline Appeals for a chance to get unbanned. This is the same if both your accounts are banned.
