  10. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  14. Hi there. Please make sure you've also triggered the dialogue with Jackson after you've beaten Tabitha. Afterwards, surf towards the swimmer to interact with him. He should move. If you can provide a proof of purchase that was sent to your email which states that you have purchased coins, please make a post in Donations and Coin Issues explaining that your account got wiped so that you may have your coins restored on your new account. If your cosmetics were purchased using the 80 coins you had on Silver, then I'll see if I can have that placed on your reset account. Really sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.

Please do note that there is no ETA for when this will be fixed, but you can keep an eye out in the Downloads and Update Log as well as the In-Game Update Log for when it is fixed. You should also have a look at the list of broken moves and abilities in PRO thread for future reference. Really sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand that PRO is in Beta and we may encounter several bugs like this.

  22. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. We can't restore anything as you've already compromised your old files by trading items over that weren't originally yours and therefore we cannot set it all back.
  23. Hi there. Could you follow the steps here to get the activation email resent to you? Be sure to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser could also help. Take note that Gmail is usually the most likely to receive the email. Also, please do not comment on others' posts regarding your concerns.
  24. Hi there. You are not wrong, you have actually selected the Red Server as your main server and not the Blue server. Now, normally I'd give you a chance and request for your account to be unmerged, but unfortunately you have already traded items on your Silver account. Therefore, I regrettably state that we cannot unmerge your account anymore. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience and I hope you understand.
