Hi there. You can actually only have a total of 900 pokemon, that includes both your party and your PC, regardless of extra slots. Nevertheless, you can fight Nikola once again for another chance at Latios. Please don't forget to release a few pokes as well. It's best to release more than one, just to be safe. As for your masterball, unfortunately we cannot retrieve it for you without video proof. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience and I hope you understand.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here.Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Hello there! I'm extremely sorry for any inconveniences caused by our crashes. To start, It is important to note that the risk of being disconnected, can be minimized with a few solutions. For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Next, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. You may also check with the following questions: Finally, it would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing (regardless of our end or theirs) if we restore your cooldowns/rewards and not theirs. -

Hi there. Really sorry for the delay in response. It seems as if the game isn't loading fully. It's possible that your connection may be the cause of this and thus, you're missing pokemon. If so, you may wanna do the following: * Call your internet provider. * Troubleshoot Your Hardware. * Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Nevertheless, I've checked your data and everything should still be in place for when you are able to acquire a stable connection. Try to log on your desktop/laptop with proper connection and it should solve your issues. -

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence.
