Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). Hi there. As stated previously, you can add a player when he is online by using the /friend <Username> or by right clicking in their name in chat and selecting the 'Friend' option. You can also use /pm <TheirUsername>-=-<YourUsername> to send a private message and see if they are online. If they are offline, the system should notify you in the chat. Nevertheless, I see your question has already been answered. Therefore, I'll now be locking this thread. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence. If you are not banned on the Dashboard, your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is. Therefore, please double check with the following questions! Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress.

Sorry for the delayed response! But there isn't really a difference betwween Gold and Silver other than Economy and the community. Nevertheless, welcome to PRO! Really do hope you enjoy the game.

Hi there. So basically it's good to note that PRO is an MMO therefore things have been coded this way to maximize its purpose, which is to have you grind for most of your items. It is also the reason why most of the quests and storyline are more difficult than in the actual games. Money making items/moves like Pay Day or Amulet coins may ruin the economy and ultimately make items easier to, which goes against PRO's goal of being an MMO. Additionally, Membership is also a reason why it's not added. As for the economy, we do not really have control over these things therefore I'm really sorry if you feel this way. Pokemon also only have a 5% chance to hold items therefore it's good to note that you won't find pokemon holding items all that often. If you have a concern regarding Spawns, you can bring it up in our Everything About Spawns Sub-Forum and perhaps someone from our Spawn Team will be able to assist you with your concern. There are also several threads in this sub-forum that may be able to help you understand your issue. Please take note that not everything may go your way, so please be polite when stating your opinion. We'd like to offer you the best experience at PRO, so we'd appreciate it if you were open about your experiences! Despite this, you can attempt to make money through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want.

Hi there. As stated previously, you can acquire HM Surf after beating Fuchsia's Gym. First you'll have to go South of Fuchsia to beat Victor. Afterwards, head to Safari Zone 3 to find Surf in Safari House 4. Let me know if you need anything else. Will leave this thread open.

Hi there. Are you sure you are using Flash correctly? Please take note that you have to bring out your pokemon's information card then click on Flash to be able to use it. Also, you can only use Flash in a really dark Cave. [spoiler=How to Use Flash]

Hi there. It seems as if that the Mienfoo was traded to you before it received its ID number. This caused the OT to therefore be erased. I can actually have the OT reverted back to it's original owner. Would you still like that?

Hi there. Please try the solutions listed on the following guides. If those don't work for you, then please try the following. If that doesn't solve your issues, please try the following: • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Hi there, are you talking about the Gems in Kalijodo Cave? If so, first you need to go back to the entrance of the cave and talk to the Magma Grunt after defeating the Aqua leader. If you haven't done this, you won't be able to obtain the gems. Therefore, please make sure you've done that first. Now, if you'd like to know the locations of the gems, they can be found in the Vulcan Island Walkthrough. Nevertheless, here are the locations.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here.Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Hi there. Please take note that you need to extract the entire PRO zip file into a folder, if you're playing on the Windows client. If you're gonna try this again, I suggest deleting all your PRO related files. If that doesn't work, please do check one of our Guides to make sure you meet the requirements. They may also contain the answers to some of your questions. -
