  3. Hi there. You account has been unmerged. Could you please merge you accounts once again and this time, please be sure to select the BLUE SERVER as your main server.
  4. If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  5. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged.

  8. Hi there. You simply have to change the Username that you put when logging into the dashboard. As for your ID on the forums, you can actually use your Username to log into the forums rather than your email therefore you should trying logging in with your other account rather than this one. Let me know if this works for you.

Please be sure to check up on the Legendary Megathread for confirmation.
  11. Unfortunately, we our Developers are rather busy and an iOS client is currently not on their schedule. Furthermore, Jailbroken iPhones aren't necessarily legal as well and aren't common to our player base. Once again, I'm really sorry to disappoint you.

  21. Hi there. Please try the solutions listed on the following guides. If those don't work for you, then please try the following. If that doesn't solve your issues, please try the following: • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
