  1. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here.Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.

  3. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  4. Hi there, unfortunately your account may have been apart of the wipe that happened on the Red server in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. If ever your account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Let me know if you'd like to take up this offer.

  8. Hi there. Bans are usually not done without significant evidence. Therefore if your friend or an alternate account was banned, then there would've been a valid reason on the Dashboard. Trades will always be safe as long as you abide by PRO's rules. There should be nothing for you to worry about if you are not breaking any rules. If your friend feels that he was wrongfully banned, then he can appeal in the Discipline Appeals section of the forums. He can also ask any questions regarding the ban there. Nevertheless, bans are not to be discussed in this sub-forum, whether it's your ban or theirs. As I've answered your question and there is not much further to elaborate on, I'll be locking this thread.
  9. Hi there. Yes, the game download should come in a zip. You will need to download an Unzip software and unzip it to play PRO. If you continue to experience crashes, please check out the following guides as they may be able to answer some of your questions.   12. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence. If it doesn’t say that you are banned on the dashboard, your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is.   16. You can actually send the Luxray mount back yourself. Unfortunately though, you'll have to mail him the mount to him instead. You can do so in each city's mailbox. Attaching the mount to the mail will allow you to send it to him. [spoiler=How to Mail]
  17. Welcome! First of all the Guides Sub-forum should be able to help you throughout your journey in PRO. Next, PRO really only runs on Android in terms of mobile phones. You can find the requirements on the Android Guide. As for IVs when battling NPCs, it shouldn't really matter, so don't worry about that. Finally, for tips, I guess just enjoy the game! Feel free to ask in General Support if you need anything!

  22. Hi there, Sorry for the inconveniences that occurred due to the Bag Glitch. If your game freezes when opening up the bag, do not click anything. The client will sort itself out. You can avoid it by opening their bag every 5-10 minutes when farming, or simply waiting when it glitches. As quoted, In your situation, as well as the OT's situation, we can't possibly refund your masterball as you do not have video evidence of this occurring. We do not accept Gifs/Photos especially in cases like this. Really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Next time, please don't take another player's thread and use it as your own. Nevertheless, you may obtain a Master Ball from PvP Masters for 10 PvP Coins. As this isn't originally your thread and there is not much else I can say, I will now be locking this thread.
