  1. Hi there. The servers are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.
  2. Hi there. Could you please try all of the following when the servers are up once again? Let me know if you're still stuck. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again
  3. Hi there. The new Client has been released. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Please do note that the Android client is currently bugged and therefore isn't available right now. You can keep an eye out in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when it's fixed.

  11. As stated in your previous post, the servers are down for maintenance for the new client. The new download hasn't been released yet. You'll have to be patient.

  18. Hi there. Any form of receipt of the purchase of coins will do! Your card was processed through paypal as well. You should have an email with transaction IDs and the details of your purchase.

  20. Hi there. In short, if you played on Red or Blue, your progress will only be on Silver, which is what you did. You can't get your Blue data on Gold. If you played on Yellow, your progress will be on Gold. You can't transfer your pokemon across the servers. Attaching a proof of purchase for coins such as a receipt of your transaction from paypal, will work as proof.

  22. Hi there. As stated, you can't merge your account onto gold. Merged accounts are placed in Silver. This is because the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server.
  23. Hi there. Yes, we are able to unmerge accounts, however only once, and it's normally due to choosing the wrong main server. However, you've chosen the correct main server, and therefore there is no need for an unmerge to be offered.
  24. As stated in my previous answer, there wouldn't be a way to move your pokemon to the other server. We only transfer coin items that you've paid for and you'll have to present your proof of purchase. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
