  2. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  4. Hi there. It is good to note that the Porygon in from Cinnabar Lab does not hold a Choice Scarf. It is simply a pokemon that you get from turning in a Silver Disc. We are unable to give you a Choice Scarf because Porygon is really not meant to hold a Choice Scarf. Although despite this loss in money, you can attempt to make your money back through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want. As quoted from the Item Guide, below is how you can obtain a Choice Scarf. In the future, feel free to ask here or on our Official PRO Discord for any questions! Let me know if you need anything else.

  9. Hi there. I've gone over and checked your inventory and it seems as if you don't have HM Waterfall yet. You can obtain HM Waterfall at the following locations. • FOUND at Cave of Origin B3F • FOUND at Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 4 (only if you had not found it previously) As stated by Vector above, please teach the move to your pokemon and simply climb up a waterfall. Please do note that you can't climb up all waterfalls. However, you are able to climb most of them. Make sure that you have the final Hoenn Badge in order to use it.   14. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.   15. Hi there. Considering you've been using the correct email, could you follow the steps here to get the activation email resent to you? Don't forget to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser or incognito mode could also help.
  16. Hi there. I've gone over and checked and your progress is definitely now on the Silver server. If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. You didn't choose Gold accidentally because merged accounts go on Silver. You chose the correct main server, which is Blue. Let me know if you're still having issues joining.

Another way to check it is by doing ^inspect <Username> in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord. Currently, your membership should end on 2018-10-31 23:23:18 GMT+10.   24. Hi there. You can try to battle Giovanni with level 45s, and they will most likely be able to defeat him. You can even try with level 40s or lower if you have super effective pokemon. His pokemon are: Rhydon, Onix, Persian, Nidoking. Try to use potions when needed, and feel free to train your Pokemon on Route 7! Let me know if you need anything else.
  25. Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, we do not offer de-evolving services due to technical restraints. We are only able to delevel pokemon and only when it is valid. Furthermore, it can't evolve by itself whilst you logged off. Nevertheless, I'm really sorry once again about what has happened. You are always free to hunt another Eevee to evolve into an Umbreon. As nothing further can be done of this, I'll now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a nice day.
