  2. Hi there. The servers are currently down due to the new client update maintenance. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for when the update will be finished. Afterwards, you should be able to log on again. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once the update is complete. For more information on the new updates added this patch, please check out the Update Logs.   3. Hello there! First of all, your main progress is most definitely on Blue, which you merged onto silver, which is correct. You can't merge onto Gold. Unfortunately you cannot transfer item across servers. However, if you have donated for coins which you've used for some items, you can attach a proof of purchase of the coins that you used to bought and make a thread in Donation and Coin Issues to have your coin items transferred over.   7. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. You can also ask for your duration of your ban here.   10. Hi there. Unfortunately there is a Toxic Spikes TM nor Tutor available in PRO yet. This means that you can only get it on pokemon that have it in their moveset. To check if a pokemon has it in its moveset, you can check in your pokedex, once you have the seen data of the pokemon. You can also teach it to pokemon that can learn the move through breeding with the use of our Egg Move Tutor at every Daycare, which you can unlock with the Egg-Moves Quest. Sorry to disappoint you, let me know if you have any further clarifications.

    Hi there. Unfortunately there is no estimated time as to when the Halloween Quest will be released. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in #announcements in our Official PRO Discord and in Announcements. Please do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. If you're asking if there will be an event in November or December, you can find out more when the event is near. Likewise, you can keep an eye out in the links above for future events and updates.   13. Hi there. As mentioned, you're allowed to sell your pokemon at any price, within reason. You have to sell the pokemon for the amount you place in Trade Chat. Fake selling, which is agreeing to sell a Pokemon but going back on the deal, is also not allowed. As for buying pokemon, you can offer any price within reason, as long as you aren't fake buying, which means agreeing to buy a Pokemon but going back on the deal. You are also not allowed to Fake offer, which is making troll/joke offers on an auction that you can't live up to. Of course, fake information to mislead the other person is prohibited.   18. Hi there. I've checked your Excavation points and you have exactly 5159 points from the time I'm checking. So yes, you are correct that you have 5k Excavation Points. However, I've checked the database and noticed that you do not have an active membership. As quoted from our Excavation Guide, you'll need active membership in order to receive fossils from the Glacial Site only. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.

It will also show you how they look in-game. ★ Trophies are an added flair to reward those who excel in Ranked PvP in the previous season. ★ There are 4 types of trophies: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. ★ They are given based on performance in the past season. Platinum: First Place on the Ladder for Ranked PvP *If you are apart of the First Place Guild and First in the Ranked PvP Ladder, you only receive a Platinum Trophy. This shows in chat as well.   22. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Since you played on the Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the Blue server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
