  3. Hi there. Thanks for the report and sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. We are currently working on a fix however there is no estimated time as to when it will be fixed. Nevertheless, please refrain from swapping your pokemon to the first slot last minute as this error will occur. Let me know if you need anything else.
  4. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is usually an error caused by the merge randomly arranging your pokemon. I've moved your Kanto pokemon in the last slots of your PC. Could you check that for me please? Let me know if you need anything else.
  5. Hi there. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time as to when the Halloween Event will be released. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in Announcements and in #announcements in our Official PRO Discord for when it will be available. This is not a scripted reply, but rather this is the only reply we can give since as stated by Xylos, the event isn’t done yet. We also do not know how long it will take to be completed. Please do note that PRO staff are simply volunteers and work in their free time. Nevertheless, simply because the event is later than last year, doesn’t mean it won’t be released. You’ll simply have to remain patient for future content like this. Rest assured that staff are taking the measures to release this event as soon as possible.   9. Hi there. There is sadly no semi-automated trading system in the game. Nevertheless, we have the in-game Trade chat wherein you can see sales of others and contact them if you are interested. Sadly, you'll have to meet at a pokecenter to trade, otherwise you'll have to use the mail system. There are also the Trade Subforum for all your trading needs. You can also check out the Trade Section on our Official PRO Discord. With that, I understand how you feel, but these are our alternatives and none of them are semi-automated. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

  11. Hi there. First of all, welcome back to PRO. Are you talking about an Auction House specifically? If so, we don't have an in-game Auction House since PRO Staff believe that the CONs outweight the PROs with regards to this. Items and Pokemon may get lost in server crashes, and we would much rather you not lose your precious belongings. This is the main reason why the Auction House is not implemented in-game. Nevertheless, it may perhaps be added in our website rework as mentioned on this thread. If this isn't what you're talking about, could you please let me know what you'd like clarification on?   12. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  14. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   16. Hi there. Unfortunately, you've never deleted a Synchronize Modest Natu. However, there is one in your PC right now, incase you didn't see it. In the future, please put recover requests in our Restore Pokemon Megathread. As for the Smoke Ball, I've already put the request in, you'll simply have to be patient for when I let you know if it's been done.

Restoring the pokemon unfortunately doesn't restore the item, but I'll see if I can have the item restored to you. Please be patient as you wait for a response. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can contact him in-game with the /pm <YourUsername>-=-<TheirUsername> when they're online. If not, you can also contact them through the forums or through the Mailbox System. Hope this helps you.   23. Hi there. As stated, we are unable to fully delete your account. Moreover, we are unable to completely 'delete' your email as that's impossible because every account is linked to an email. If you wish to leave it completely, you are always free to uninstall the game. However, I can't help you further with regards to completely deleting account. If you wish, you can request to be permanently banned from the server in our Report Center as an alternative. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
  24. Hi there. You are able to change your email on the Dashboard. You can log in with your username and password there. If you can't recall your password, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. Unfortunately, you can't delete your account, but you can only reset the account when the topic is open. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once the thread is open once again. Let me know if you need anything else.
  25. Hi there. Please try the steps below. 1. Be removed from the guild as leader 2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader. 3. Have them kick you then reinvite you. 4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader. After completing the above steps you should now have the ability to properly promote those within your guild or demote. For officers who have this issue you can just kick them from the guild, then reinvite and promote to leader, then demote back to Officer and it should solve the issue.
