Hi there. That error is caused by unupdated graphical drivers and/or Windows version. Please update your drivers and windows version, and it should fix it. Let me know if you need anything else.

As for the forums, usually it's unupdated because it takes time to update and our Forum admins have to change the status. Therefore, it's best that you check out the updates in our discord for more updated information. We're really hoping for your understanding.

Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. Furthermore, there are several visual bugs that come with the Android Client and therefore it's been removed. Hi there. Can you please delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the latest client here. Afterwards, if you're still crashing, please try the following. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. Stored Power is currently coded incorrectly wherein it always has 20 Base Power, does not matter how many boosts you have. Nevertheless, thanks for reporting this. We know about this issue and it has a fix. However, the changes have been reverted due to technical difficulties. I can't give an ETA as to when these changes will be implemented once again. Until then, I hope you stay patient with us. Please take note that the game is in BETA and there may be unexpected bugs. However, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs and in #announcements in our Official PRO Discord for any updates with regards to the game. We're hoping for your patience in this time. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. -
Hi there. I believe you're confusing Membership with the Black Medallion. Membership pokemon can only be obtained with active membership, which can be purchased in the coin shop as shown below. The Black medallion on the other hand, enhances the chance of obtaining a hidden ability of the acquired Pokémon to 20% for a 3-day duration. For more information on Membership, check our our Membership Guide. You can purchase membership from other players or the coin shop. You may also receive membership as a possible random prize from the Game Corner and as a possible reward from the boss "Boss". Hi there. The servers are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved.
