Hi there. Did you happen to black out before you lost your money? You black out once all your pokemon are fainted. When you black out, you are sent to your last visited Pokecenter. You will also lose 5% of your current money each time you black out. Hopefully I've clarified this for you.

Hi there. Can you please try to reset it again. Please take note that the reset only works if you've done it AFTER the merge. If you changed it to get access to your account in the first place, you'll have to change it again. Also, your login details on the forums and the dashboard differ, therefore being able to log into the forums doesn't necessarily mean you are able to log into the dashboard. -

Launch Google Play Store on your Android device, press the menu button and go to My Apps. Swipe your finger from right to left to reveal the All apps section. You’ll see a complete list of every app you’ve downloaded from your Google account — including apps on other Android devices. You can delete previously downloaded apps from the list by tapping the remove icon next to it. You aren’t able to delete apps that are currently installed on your device from here though. If you want to delete multiple apps from the history list, long press one and tap to highlight each one you want removed and press the delete icon at the top.

Hi there. Please try to trade the pokemon one by one rather than together along with other pokemon as you did. This will allow it to evolve on the receiver's end. Furthermore, it also allows for issues bugs like this to happen. However, please take note that whoever evolves the pokemon will be the one to get its evolution data. Hoping I've clarified things for you. Let me know if you have any further issues.

Hi there. Was your Scyther level 66? If so, you deleted it. Would you like for it to be restored?

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Upon checking, it turns out you need the Fen Badge (Pastoria City's Gym) in order to use Headbutt in Sinnoh. Hope I've clarified things for you.

Hi there. Can you please attach a screenshot of your Pokemon's information card and its happiness? You can check its happiness by doing /happy <slot #>. Also, please be sure to fully restart your client before trying to use Headbutt. Let me know the message you get if you still can't use it as well.
