Hello everyone! I am pleased to inform you that is has now been 3 years since PRO's Beta release. In line with this, we will be having the Clone Starter Event once again! Clone Pokemon are adapted from those that were created and deployed in the movie, Pokémon: The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back. The event will only last until September 1st, 2018, so be sure to get your clones while you can! You'll be able to hunt for exclusive clone variations of Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle in different areas. There is a 1/20 (5%) chance of encountering these counterparts in the wild. Their evolutions will also have their corresponding clone variations. Furthermore, you gain 5% bonus Experience! This is added to your current experience boosts. Below are the locations where you can obtain these exclusive clones! Hi there. Unfortunately, the Big Root is not yet available. There is no ETA as to when it will be available to players. However, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for updates with regards to the game. Please take note that we are constantly trying to update the game to make this an enjoyable experience for the community. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.

Hi there. You can download our client from our Downloads Page. You'll have to download the Windows file based on your operating system (x32, x64 or x86). You can check your operating system by doing the following: Click the Start button, enter 'Computer' in the search box, right-click Computer, and then click Properties. Look under Windows edition for the version and edition of Windows that your PC is running. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi there. Did the player perhaps have a Blue name? A blue name indicates a staff member, which is able to have different pokemon to be used for unranked battles for videos and streams. They're used to promote the game. Please take note that staff do not have progress on their staff accounts and therefore they gain no advantage for having these pokemon. We do not use these pokemon in Ranked PvP as well to ensure that it is fair. The only legendaries that are obtainable are found in the Legendary Megathread. Hi there. You can actually teach your Shiftry Sucker Punch through a Move Tutor. The move tutor can be found in Haunted Site for $20,000 although you need 5,000 excavation points. It's not banned to have Leaf Blade and Sucker Punch on the same pokemon. Sorry for the confusion. Please let me know if you have any further questions. -

Hi there. Unfortunately you can't obtain Sucker Punch together with Leaf Blade on PRO. You can obtain Leaf Blade through Nuzleaf. Therefore, you are unable to have both moves on your pokemon. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. -
Hi there. You can get the Psyduck hat as a reward for completeing the Psyduck Hat Quest. You can only acquire this hat if your Kanto starter was not Pikachu. For further information on the quest, feel free to check out our Psyduck Hat Quest Guide. If you picked Pikachu as your starter, you may do the Ash hat quest as an alternative. Hi there. It's good to note that we're still working on updating all pokemon's movesets to the latest generation. However, not all of them are updated as of now. You can try to go to a move relearner in order to learn close combat. Below are the locations of the move relearners. Kanto - Cerulean City; Saffron City; Tutor Heaven Johto - Goldenrod City; Blackthorn City Hoenn - Slateport City marketplace; Sootopolis City Sinnoh - Snowpoint City and Hearthome City Please let me know if you have any further issues.

Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your purchase since we can't do anything regarding purchases from NPCs in-game as there is no way we can verify your purchase from the NPC. However, this feature may be implemented in the future. Although despite this loss, you can attempt to make your money back through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want. With this said, I'll now be locking this thread as nothing further can be done of it. Good luck and have a nice day.
