    Hey @Encladius, I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience; it looks like you were affected by the Bag Glitch. I regret to inform you that we can’t refund your as it would be unfair to those who experienced this problem in the past and couldn't be refunded. As stated in the Read This Before Making A Support Topic, the bug may occur when you do not open your bag for a long time. Try to open the bag from time to time to avoid it. Again, I'm sorry for the inconveniences and I understand how frustrated you must feel after losing a Shiny Caterpie. By doing the above, you should never have this happen to you again.   7. Hey @shingladik, I can confirm you that Seedot spawns in Route 31; it is just a matter of luck. Keep in mind that the surrounding Pokémon spawns have an effect on how often a Seedot will appear for you. [spoiler=Spawns on Route 31] Also I want to remind you that you can easily find a Seedot in other maps where it is a common Pokémon.   8. Hey [uSER=2069919"]Bodich[/uSER], You must first catch 10 different Kanto Pokemon to obtain the HM Flash. Head east of Vermilion City, enter Diglett Cave and follow it through to Route 2. Once there you should head South to the stophouse. Oak's Aid will give you the HM Flash if you have those 10 different Kanto Pokemon. After you get Flash, you can go east of Cerulean City to continue your adventure. More information can be found in the Complete Kanto Walkthrough Guide. With this being said, I wish you a great day!   9. Hey @Bepi666, As hahahaka said, unlike handheld games, Pokémon obtained in a trade do not gain more experience than Pokémon with your OT. We mainly designed this Experience Mechanic that way because it would get abused by many players otherwise. Also I want to remind you that there are no cons to having traded Pokémon as in PRO your Pokémon will always obey you in battle. Keep in mind that lower evolutions gain more Experience than fully evolved Pokémon, so it is better to evolve your Pokémon at higher levels if you want to level up them easily.   10. Hey @Faiden, I’m sorry for the late reply; I can confirm you that the Black Medallion works as intended. It increases the chance of a Pokémon having hidden ability from 5% to 25% so, it is not guaranteed that the pokemon encountered will have it, it is just a matter of luck.   12. Hey @KaliieG, As they already said, trading a Pokémon will reset its happiness to 70 and letting it faint in battle will decrease it by 5. Keep in mind that your Pokémon must have 150+ happiness to use Headbutt outside of battle; you can check the happiness of a Pokémon by typing /happy 1-6 in chat. As stated in our Happiness guide, there are a few tips to increase the happiness of your Pokémon; most of them affected by Soothe Bell. According to the Item guide, you can find a Soothe Bell in National Park. [spoiler=Soothe Bell location] I checked your trade logs and it looks like you traded both Nidoqueen (ID: 8456688) and Furret (ID: 8184510) on May 21st; this may have caused the issue. Hey [uSER=2070493]Golukumar[/uSER], As stated in the Read This Before Making A Support Topic, you can find the reason of your ban by logging into the dashboard, if it doesn't say your account is banned, something on your connection could be causing this issue. • If you're using Proxy, try not to use it, and then test again. • If you're trying to play at school/work or any public place, their connection could have been IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network. • If you're from UAE/China/North Korea or if your provider is blocking the game, you can use a VPN.   22. Hey @BigA513, Red Server and Blue Server have recently merged into Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore you will need to play on Silver Server if you wish to continue your Red Server progress. If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue account, follow these steps to merge your account, make sure to select the right server as your main server! How to merge: [spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!
