Well i am glat prehax that you pointed that thing out, in this condition, maybe we can find a way ( i am not good at this ) to see amoung those players who really did played those hours, be them grind, pvp ( not standing in vermilion pc idle for 1 year ) :P. And another point to be showed, i am reffering to a single account with a single person ( this is for the persons who do have 2 accounts and/or on multiple servers you can only chose one

Well as the title say, what i am suggesting here is simple give to veterans players ( lets say the ones with 2k play hours ) a reward. What this reward you think can be ? Well as is a pokemon game, of course a pokemon, spawned by a staff or whatever this work. Ok, before you stop reading and go to reply with hate, some things can be taken in consideratin on why i do want to make this suggestion. Firstly, we veteran players spend alot of time in this game, when sometimes the rng system gives us, lets say ,,bad day`` xD ( a failed sync, a wrong nature, that 1 iv that could have been good ). Well of course those things are part of the game and the rng system, but a point to take in consideration is new players that in my oppinion benefit the most from some things ( an epic rare pokemon, an rare shiny pokemon, lets be honest, it happened more then once, and few times on the veteran players that i am talking about ). How we can make this fair for us veteran players and staff members wich at an amount of time they are given a free pokemon at theyr choise with a base set of iv no more then 600 or something like that ( correct me if i mistake ). Well simply as the staff members can get a shiny pokemon at theyr chose ( legendarie included ), with vast majorit of iv 31 wich is max, i suggest that for us, to give a type of pokemon available in game ( non-legendarie with a lower base set of iv in total, lets say a stat at chose can be 31, 2 other stat to be 25 and last 2 stat should be 20, with the -nature stat should be low as in most case is not used ( sorry for mixed pokemons that benefit from speed when is a relaxed/quiet nature ), i want to consider all things before i press sent of this post. Again this thing will be an achievement type of reward only for players with 2k hours game time, as clearly they are the ones who stay here and play everytime, to make things fun and interesting, if this will really be implemented for the game, at the post you write the pokemon you chose, you can make so anyone will say a valid/funny reason for why he chose the x or y pokemon ( i know this is silly but we can see some stories of failing hunts and pokemons that made us rage, and will gather the community maybe in failling, lets be honest, at the rate hate has gone for the past few days, we may need something to get us closer and together with each other ). I don`t think this will affect the economy at all ( for the people that say this first thing on a matter like this one ), because there are not really that many players with 2k hours or more, or even if they are, the pokemon can`t be traded ( punishment will result in a ban if it happens ). I am sorry if this post give ,,cancer`` ( bad term i know ) to some players, sorry for the staff if they got offendet, but to be honest, i hope alot of people will embrace this type of achievment and for future, we can have more type of achievments like this in terms of another things. Again this is simply pointed to the veteran players that ( KEEP THIS GAME ALIVE ). I am open to hate, hit me as hard as you can, myself i talked with some players across the server wich i will not give names and got more points for the idea, then the points against the idea. Ranked PVP is only for PvP only, for ratings, for challenge, you want use fun teams your call, but don`t disaprove this thing, cus you need to try hard only :P is a ranked ladder after all, should be challenging, so deal with it lol

Is not even about the economy anymore from my point of view, if this will not be implemented well expect at least from a player like me to pretty much drop doing some things :), if anyone at any point, this is a complaining from me or a cry, don`t mistake it, cus i can assure you is not, do a vote, we live everyone i guess in a democratic enviroment and see what people wants right ? What is better, a safari zone getting not visited that much ? or maybe the wish to visit it as you may be more happy to not go there only for a tutor, lets be honest, anyone who goes in safari johto wants for the tutor itself, not for the joy, why ? because is far away, take in consideration how the others are accesible and how johto is not, don`t expect people to not talk about this, i will again strongly be on the idea of a tutor for stealth rock more closer then that, i will bump and respond, comment after each reply :), i have all day and all time to do so

Let me reply and put it this way, is a late night, maybe you want to pvp and have little time, really want to do it, yet your pokemon does not have stealth rock, yet maybe you don`t have the money in that moment and will ruin your pvp enviroment, because first, you need to have the money, wich is 20k, maybe you will have only the money for the tutor ( take it as you want, is a theory that can happen more then once ), secondly you need to take some minutes to go there ( considering you don`t have free pass and pc telepors wich you will consider is not your fault, staff people, but is a fact that matter ) nother then less that if you don`t have free pass but have train unlocked, you need to pay again guess what, money, add that to the count also, thirdly you need to enter the safari, and untill you get to the tutor that is in the lava zone where pokemons can spawn and you don`t always have repel, take again guess what this time ACTUALL TIME, add that too the list, then maybe you want to don`t stay in that pc near safari and need to go back to other pc, idk another fact, yet you don`t have maybe an escape rope, so you need to take time + money maybe to get back, now taking this in considerations, where is the fun in that ? if i were me as i did 3 days ago, and i do have weekly pass and i do have right now over 5milion cash, i quited pvp for that night because i didn`t have a stealth rock on a pokemon i wanted to use, so yeah is just pretty much stupid, take it whateverr you want, is stupid :). Again is no damn hard to do that, even if i study the things one day, i think i can move that npc in other place, no offense to you, but is phatetic :). This safari npcs in special the stealth rock one being put there and made them cost even more, not only the move, i found them stupid, they should be more accesible in special for the new players, don`t worry i was a new player, along with those i didn`t quited the game, i am still here, a new player may find that good and will stay more into the game, not having a risk of him quiting just cus of reason like this, and trust me, it can happen :) i assure you 100%, AGAIN LAST TIME, is not freacking hard, don`t be against this idea.

is not really a hard thing to replay on those sort of things, if anyone think i will drop it, well you are mistaken me for a new player who will get bored, this is really not cool, again and again i am being put in the situation where i want to change my builds, yet i need to go to Narnia to have a proper stealth rock on my team :), np i will try as much and as healthy as posible to put a new thread every week or so, so i can be listened along with others that may agree, putting a damn npc or move it in another place is not really that hard lol, is 1 npc, make it more accesible, like olivine city or even cianwood, damn, or put some teleports from cianwood city to get you straight to johto safari entrance, nother then less to say that the cost for the move is doubled everytime, as you need to pay for the move and for the entrancen kinda. Well for being afraid of loosing 20 points by bieing the 1st in ladder against a player, that is a nice challenge and make you feel more motivated, no matter the rng system, because lets be fair, we all have rng against us at some point :). That is not an excuse for you to say that a system where another ladder non-ranked or you being scared of loosing your points because you can`t play on your alts anymore :). I am strongly against alts being playing in ranked competivitly. Also for Mr Gambilicious, don`t lie and say only blaze members is against this thing, cus that is not true, also don`t say we have multiple accounts on ladder when the only one that in my knowledge was even in ranked play was the one of ikouts, wich is not anymore in comparation with you other guilds :). Tl:Dr stop being un-cool and enjoy the fact that soon we will have this, as myself won`t be attracted in playing ranked that much untill something will be done about it. The first step in not allowing alts on ranked was a big one and will get us to the point where the ranked play will be competivitly fair and cool for all of us to play, not playing vs Gambilicious 1, Gambilicious 2 and so on, ( that as an exemple ) :P

no problemo they won`t be banned for now i guess, but myself and some more will make ss so even the new community of players that will come or is already here to know and aprove the non-alts account in ranked play, i am strongly against them :). Is not healthy enough for the game

I personally agree on this, as me personally won`t play pvp that much just for a reason like this while many of you will find it stupid ( but hey many of you maybe abuse this ^_^ ) don`t hate, is just pure facts and the truth, and is not whining also ;), is something that needs to be changed if the game stability in gameplay wants to advance. Is not really that, but i feel them rewarding poorly in comparation for what we need to do to win overall, most of us wants pokemons or some usable items, not some revives/great balls that we can buy from anywhere ^_^
