Evolving Clamperl
Well thats a bit problematic, can't really help you since I haven't made much progress on Gold. Wait for a PRO Staff member or another player you can trust to see if they can assist you. I understand you are paranoid trusting other players with your pokemon, but if such a case occurs where they do steal it you can report them. Just be sure to screenshot the trade agreement and your pokemon.

Evolving Clamperl
Nope, you have to evolve Clamperl that way. It's evolutions aren't catchable in the wild. I could possibly assist you in trade evolving it if you liked depending on the server you play on.

Clamperl (Im dumb)
An estimated time can't really be given since it's all based on luck. You have the potential to get in a minute or even an hour. Can't really tell you how long it will take.

Evolving Clamperl
Clamperl evolves via holding a DeepSeaScale into Gorebyss or a DeepSeaTooth for Huntail and trading it to another player.

Pallet Town Trees
As I was passing along through Pallet Town, I took notice to two new trees that weren't in the town previously. As I went around to them, I found out my mount and I can be seen through the trees. Could you look into this issue?

Scroll Bar and Max Revive
Hello there, I wanted to make a report on two issues I found. 1.The scroll bar on for the items section during battle doesn't seem to move at all and just stays in place. Luckily I found out that I was able to click and drag through the items list, but it's a bit more frustrating to do this way. 2. The Max Revive item doesn't seem to work, even after using it on the Pokemon that is fainted, the message pops up with "The Pokemon has fainted," and doesn't revive it. Could please have these issues looked into? Thank you for your time.

Error when it evolved
Hey there, sorry to tell you but Staff can't revert pokemon back to the their pre-evolutionary stages. So they can't make your Ninjask a Nincada again.

BUG IN EVOLUTION.
Hello there, it seems you are a little confused on how a Female Snorunt evolves into Froslass. While Snorunts need to evolve by level up in order to evolve into Glalie, Female Snorunts need a Dawn Stone in order to evolve into Froslass.

is there any possibility of returning the previous evolution?
Glad I was able to help.

is there any possibility of returning the previous evolution?
They only delevel by one if your Pokemon is 100 and evolves my leveling up, and I already stated that they can't de-evolve your Pokemon. If in Daycare he doesn't learn Growth, head to the Move Relearner. It's possible that he can just relearn growth there.

Linux client
Hello there, the PRO Staff announced there will no longer be a Linux Client sorry to say. You can use Wine to run PRO on Linux however.

is there any possibility of returning the previous evolution?
Hello there, sorry to say but staff can't undo an evolution. They can go ahead and delevel your pokemon sure, but not de-evolve. However, if you want to add a move that only a pre-evolution can learn, you can head to the pre-evo tutor in the daycare to add that move to your Pokemon. You can get access to Daycares after you beat the Naero boss in Cerulean Cave. Alternatively, if you know a buddy who has access to them, you can give your Pokemon to your friend and have them put the desired pre-evo only move onto your Pokemon.

Planned downtime?
The Servers are already up. It was just a maintenance to add a new way to evolve Rotom to its other forms, and now makes Rotom-Frost available.

Missing Item
Hello there, there was an issue with the Autumn and Goth clothes in the new client update that sort of switched everyone's Autumn Clothes with Goth and the other way around. For example my Autumn Blue clothes turning to Goth Cyan clothes. You can speak with Fashion Girl Emily in Celadon Mart however, and they can fix the issue with your clothes, giving you back your Goth Red clothes in return for the Autumn Red clothes you have currently.
