  4. Hey there! The sprites were only changed for Generation 1 Pokemon because of the special date that is today.   11. Hey there! We are aware of it happening, but it is just a minor issue which does not happen too often, as not too many people use Air Balloon on Heatran. Therefore, fixing this issue is not prioritized as there are much more important things our Developers have to take care of. I hope that you can understand that.   14. Hey Vicin! I am sorry for the late reply and sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked your account and it seems like you spent most of the coins on items on the Gold Server. Coins are linked cross-server now, meaning that you have the same amount of coins on both servers. Therefore, if you spend coins on the one server, you will lose them on the other server aswell. The two 3-day-MS that were added to your account were a compensation for the downtime not too long ago, and as your account was not merged around that time you can only find them on your Gold Server account. This is the reason why you were able to log onto the Silver Server but not the Gold one. Please keep in mind that this unscheduled server crashes may occur over the time as PRO is still in its beta phase. You therefore did not lose any rating, you just did not receive the rating from the previous match.
