  12. Hey there! This was caused by how renames work in PRO. Your old OTs got overwritten by the username your account got changed to (BlitzkriegZ), which can have more multiple capital letters in some areas. However, in-game you cannot have more than one capital letter at the start of your username, meaning these Pokemon won't have a second capital letter in the OT. Unfortunately this cannot be changed. If you come across some errors while doing quests, feel free to let us know however so we can take a closer look. I hope this helped you with your concern. Have a nice day. Kind regards, Noxious
  13. Hey there! I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. You have to either wait until next month (19th December 2020) for your free transfer to be available again or you have to spend 100 coins to transfer back to your original server. Keep in mind that you won't lose anything if you play on the Gold Server for a month and then transfer back. I hope this helped you with your concern. Kind regards, Noxious
