What you are having a difficult time with is the battle after that, against Zapdos and Moltres. In order to beat them, the easiest way is using a Chansey with an Eviolite on it with the following moves: Softboiled, Toxic, Seismic Toss Use Toxic against Zapdos and Moltres and heal up using Softboiled when you are at low HP.
