After getting 150 evos for dragon shrine and beating lance in dragon den the guard isn't asking me for a dragon lv100 and hence not allowing me in the dragon shrine

I finally had got the requirements to start the celebi quest(thats what i thought) and i played it normally and caught celebi. Though the next day i was checking my pokedex to make a list of all the evolutions i need and i found that i actually didnt complete the johto pokedex and accidentally missed one pokemon(Quilfish) But i was still able to do the quest. I didnt intentionally do it, it just happened that i got teleported when interacting with the shrine.

The mini boss Mewtwo in cerulean cave does not have a cool down and can be battled multiple times in a day I noticed it after i beat naero and while going i beat him and when i returned with my sync and was going to leave again, mewtwo was still there. I tried to see if Ho-oh was bugged but it did not appear again.

Went for bug catching contest and then caught 6 pokemons and the 6th pokemon that i caught went to pc and i got it back by the npc and went to evaluate it immediately and this appeared

i went to challenge the entei guardian and when i was battling him the server crashed and since he was reworked, he was not supposed to have a cooldown but he still has IGN: Kellidan

Against Pumpkin use tyranitar use 6 dd against shuckle and easily(might need potions)
