Did you merge your accounts if it was created a long time ago? If not you would need to do it in the DASHBOARD.

If that is not the problem, then you might need to change your password in the dashboard. Make sure to use alphanumericals in your new password when you do so.

The server goes down whenever the admin needs to change something big in the game. If its a scheduled downtime, Its announced when the servers go down in the Discord Server.

When the downtimes last for a very long time, the would be compensational rewards, but your MS time does reduce unfortunately.

You can go to Trainer's Valley by taking the train at Saffron's Substation or at Goldenrod's Substation for 5,000 poke$ and then pay an additional 10,000 poke$ to head to Trainer's Valley, Note that its free if you have the Train Ticket.

You also need to have completed the > Subway & Train Quest Guide < to get there.

Good night Aghanim. Thanks for your help but it doesn't work. The clientpatcher.exe didn't even open in the task manager and i have already the current version but still the same problem. I forgot to say that i have W7 64 bit.

Could you try putting all your PRO files in a folder in your documents and not in the Destop?

if that does not work, could you please send your Patcher Error as a reply to this post?

If you play on android, Could you please perform a Clean Installation

1. Go to Settings -> Apps and look for PRO
   
2. Force stop
   
3. Clear both data and cache
   
4. Uninstall
   
5. Reboot your device
   
6. Install again the apk and retry
