Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you please try the following steps to fix the crash:
- Check if you have the right specifications.
- Check if your drivers are upto date, or just update them a driver update software.
- Try using compatibility mode -> Windows 7
- Scan your computer and clear out the cache.
- Make sure that PRO32.EXE or PRO64.EXE are added to your firewall exceptions.
- You download the DirectX files HERE.
Let me know if it fixed the bug.

Guys i need help. My sweaddle revolve swadloon at level 20. but it will cant be anyone atack :O . how to back level 19 :(
Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, Staff members do not provide de-evolution services to the community, However, Swadloon can learn more damaging moves after it evolves into leavanny. It evolves into leavanny when the happiness is maximum(255). You can check the happiness of your pokemon by typing the command /happy 1-6 where 1-6 is the position in your party.
You may need to relearn damaging moves on your swadloon such as razor leaf by interacting with the Move Relearner. He is present at Sootopolis and Slateport City in Hoenn.
Additionally, You can increase the happiness faster by holding a Soothe Bell and leveling up. You can find a happiness guide HERE.

Hi everyone, i haven't play PRO since feb, and i was going to play again today but there's a problem with the new client. It says "Downloading patch" and after that it starts to validate files but when it end the client closes. I have try everything from reinstall net framework 4.0 to disable firewall and nothing changes. Pls, i need help.
Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you please try the following steps:
- Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows usernamen).
- Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe.
- You should get an error message now. Should this be enough for you to fix it yourself, please do it. If not, Reply again to this thread.
- Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive.
- Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found HERE
- Restart your computer.
Let me know if it fixed the bug.

I can't seem to replicate this bug. Could you try doing a clean installation of the game?
Follow the steps below to do so:
- Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.rar /.apk included)
- Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way.
- Restart your device.
- Download the latest and most updated client from pro website HERE.
Let me know if this fixes the bug.

When using Giga Impact, the attack hits. Then instead of missing only one turn, it causes all the turns after the attack to be skipped for the user.

Why I can't log into my old account in blue server (now in silver server).
I even merged my account in dashboard.
When tries to login using password and username

Could you try to change your password at the dashboard HERE, Make sure you do it in the dashboard and add alpha-numericals to the password.

Could you please try the following steps:
- Install the latest version of .NET Framework
- Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive.
- Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found HERE
- Restart your computer
- Run the program as Administrator
- Disable your Firewall and Reinstall.

When merging with the new servers, i accidentally merged with the Red server. My main was on the Blue server. I was wondering if there was anyway for me to change this as my Blue account is at the Johto Elite 4 and my Red is just after Pewter.

What is the best nature for Santa Claus and Grinch
in General Support

THe best nature for Santa Claus is basically the nature you would use the pokemon in PvP with, It depends on the pokemon. Whereas for the Grinch, You get bonus points for the pokemon having 0 nature, meaning the nature doesnt increase or decrease a stat on the pokemon. Do note that the IVs and rarity are also very important for the evaluation.
