Good morning I would like to know why on the silver server I can not log in being that appears that I have account, because beginning of the beginning will be very time consuming.

Hello there! itseems as though you have just merged your account, therefore I would suggest you to change the password in the dashboard with appropriate alphanumerals to make the password strong.
Let me know if you are able to login after changing your password.

Hello I accidentally merged the wrong account. I think I merged Blue when it was supposed to be Red (the account with progress up to the Marsh Badge). I'd love to continue playing if

Hi thanks for the reply!
I did just what u said, deleted all existing PRO files (compressed and decompressed) and cleaned my cache and everything with the latest version of CCleaner before reinstalling.
Unfortunately it still did not work.. the exact same error occured, i was unable to overwrite my previous moves. Now my smeargle is lvl 81, and can only learn 1 more sketch by lvl up, but i need 2.. help would still be much appreciated!! :)

Hello there!
I would like to inform you that the pokemon cannot learn the same move twice, same goes for sketch.
Meaning, If the pokemon already has sketch in its moveset, He will not learn another sketch in another slot. Therefore, you will need to use the sketch beforehand to learn a new sketch.

The ability was Wild Charge for my Electrike or Manectric. It isnt a huge deal since I would not have learnt it anyway, but it was strange that it didnt come up the second time I hit the level where I was supposed to get it.

I would like to inform you that your progress is safe and you would just have to merge your accounts into silver server (blue and red merged to silver). Do note that your main account is in Red server while you merge.
You can merge your DASHBOARD and please read the Merge Information Guide before you proceed to merge, to avoid problems.
Let me know if you have successfully merged your account.
How to merge:Step1: Login in your dashboard and click on Merge is required!
step2: Select Red server and click on merge.

I would like to inform you that, the game is a fan-made game and you are able to catch pokemon indigenous to another region in Kanto. Although, to enter Love island, They need to be indigenous to Kanto only. You can check your pokedex and the first 151 pokemon are indigenous to kanto.

Hi,
I've been training a smeargle and to level it up and train EV's i had to teach it one move (mega drain) and also it sketched falseswipe from when i caught it.
After i was done with EV's i level'ed it up 20+ level so i could overwrite my old moves with new learned sketches....but it did not work unfortunately and i also didnt even notice the first time.
What i mean by that is, when the game asked me to learn sketch i pressed on falseswipe/megadrain and it did not overwrite. Now im stuck with only 2 more sketches to learn and i really need those. Move Relearner also doesnt work for Smeargle as i just found out.
I feel like im missing something stupid here..help would be much appreciated!!

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I would like to inform you that i was not able to replicate this error and I would like you to make a clean installation of the game again and try the same.
A clean installation means, You have to delete all the existing PRO files (compressed/apk), and clear the cache of your device using an application (like CCleaner) and re-install the game.

Good Morning . I have noticed since few time that , when i changed name with my alt account from Leddaur to RealBoieh , every poke changed OT correctly . Unfortunately every poke i've try to submit to solaceonquest's NPC wasn't good to complete it . For this reason i ask if there is a way to make them correct for this quest or if i have to catch every sinnoh poke requested with this new OT ...

yes its hidden power ., i am just suggesting the hidden power can be shown in the screen of pokemon so we dont need to put it in chat . just for easy showing hidden power. thank you

Hello there! My apologies for the inconvenience.
I'm pretty sure that you mean Hidden Power and not Hidden Ability, Hidden Power of your pokemon can be checked by talking to the NPC named "Psychic Gene" in every pokecenter, and can be seen in the chat viewed. This is because there are area restraints in the pokemon card and we simply did not have enough space to put it in there. Alternatively, If you do not want to post it in any of the chats, you can always PM the pokemon to yourself by typing the command /pm kdao-=-kdao in any of the chats.
In case you meant the hidden ability, Hidden Abilities for each pokemon is different and varies. The Hidden Ability of your pokemon can be checked in comparison to the one in the pokedex where the red coloured ability is the hidden ability. A wild pokemon has a 5% chance of having this ability and can be increased with the help of a BM to 25%.

so, ive been through a similar story in the past. Firstly, thank you in advance for looking into my problem. After i succesfully merged my accounts in one, i had my old pokemon locked in the box. I can assure you my pokemon were not over 900. So all i had to do was collect my badges and regain the right to use my old pokemon again. For quite some time i didn play pro. I logged in again now and all of my previously locked pokemon dissapeared from the box. I would really like to have my pokemon back. I have been through a similar problem in the past and it was fixed, but for some reason my pokemon dissapeared again. You can look at a ticket i submitted a long time ago, where i attached fotos i had taken from my pokemon. Out of goodwill i will send some fotos again as proof that they were mine and i actually had them. Please do what u can to get them back for me. These are some of my old pokemon and most precious, but i had other good ones too and id really like to have them all back like i should, at least locked in the box so i can get them in time as the rules say. Thank you a lot for looking into my problem in advance.
