Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the servers are unstable and staff members are working hard to fix the problem. There is no estimated time of fix for this, and it is recommended to catch manaphy fast preferably with a master ball and relog after you catch it. You will know when the servers are normal again in the DISCORD SERVER.
You are able to respawn manaphy after you beat boss Nikola in trainers valley at the Unknown Place.

i didnt trade with him but i chatted with him 10 mins ago many times. he helped me with a lot of things so i will be really sad if i lose him. i also know that he had a name and than like 6 numbers after it. he also had a really strong charmander max evolved at like lvl 86

i keep on trying log in but it keeps on saying cannot connect to server servers bit too irritating whenever i tried to use dig i got stuck and then i have to log out and this keep on happening again and again i even lost

Unfortunately, The server problems are still very stable and it is being looked at at the moment, however, there is no estimated time of when this error will be fixed. Since the game is currently in BETA version, crashes happen and its being reduced to the lowest.
We can not recover your pokemon as it would be unfair to the other players if we were to recover it only for you.

I understand that "it is not recommended to PvP battle", but I support PRO all the time (I buy coins etc.)
Nobody will give me these points pvp. I hope that the administration will reward me somehow.
People sacrifice a lot to participate in battles and take succeed.
I understand your concerns about the situation, and i would like to repeat that We are infact trying to fix the servers as soon as possible and it would be unfair to other players that lost PvP ratings due to crashes as well, if we were to give you the PvP rating as there is no log of the PvP ratings possessed by the person.
The admins have rewarded people for their losses with items such as mini medallions and a reduce in the chances for Xmas pokemon and Pink pokemon during the weekend. You can find all the announcements in the DISCORD SERVER.

I lost 10 battle pvp by "freeze" error. All menu, all chat it stopped in time.

how long i need to wait my manaphy back? (like around a couple days?)
because when i back to that room the manaphy has gone but my friend still saw it after crash

As I have already stated, there is no estimated time for when this will happen, however, You might want to battle Boss Nikola who respawns manaphy at the spot it used to be as well, Take note that Boss Nikola is at the Unknown Place in Trainers Valley and he has recently been reworked making him stronger, I would recommend using a strong strategy to defeat him.
Your friend may have not started the battle before the server had crashed and hence, it spawned for him again.

I have my account khoakhoakhoa over 500hrs in 2016 in Blue Sever. Today, I am back to game and see that, we need to merge sever. after merging, I can not log in my account to Silver Sever but can log it with that account on Gold sever. I dont know what hapen to my accound. Please help me

As stated above by arlon, you will need to reset your password in the DASHBOARD, make sure you don't change it anywhere else and have alpha-numericals in the password. You can find common merge errors HERE.

I merge my account to the silver account which is for the blue and red server but i haven't been able to login in though, i tried with the gold server and it allowed me to get on. I want to know if im still able to get on the silver account.

You might need to change your password HERE, Make sure that you change it in the dashboard and not anywhere else. Additionally, You might want to add alphanumicals in your new password which you make.

Yes, He will be respawned for you in the same place, stay tuned for when he does in the DISCORD SERVER and make sure to catch him this time. It would also be recommended to relog after catching manaphy so you are able to force save the pokemon and it doesnt get lost by roll-backs.

Its doesn't open
Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you please try the following steps:
- Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows usernamen).
- Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe.
- You should get an error message now. Should this be enough for you to fix it yourself, please do it. If not, Reply again to this thread.
- Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive.
- Check if you have the latest framework version 4.0 or newer.
- Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found HERE
- Restart your computer.
Let me know if it fixed the bug.

Tiers are the rate of rarity of a particular pokemon with respect to other pokemon. For example, A tier8 pokemon would be rarer than a tier7 pokemon. There is no exact percentage however.

Yes, You can find other starters apart from the one you picked.
They spawn in particular places,
CharmanderCinnabar Mansion 3 , Land , M/D/N , Tier 8, Level 15-19
Squirtle
Vermilion City , Surf/Fish (Super Rod), M/D/N , Tier 8 , Level 13-18
Bulbasaur
Safari Area 2 , Land , M/D/N , Tier 8, Level 10-14
You can find the areas with the help of your pokedex or you could use the command ^s poke in the DISCORD SERVER.

Hii i am so excited xD i saw today on discord that u will respawn manaphy to ones who lost connection to server and i was complaining about it and now i saw that u will respawn manaphy i wanna check if its real or i will stll need to beat nikola. Ty this game has awesome community
As informed in the announcement, It will be respawned in the spot you are supposed to catch it, only for those who had lost it due to server crashes. however, there is no ETA as to when its going to arrive exactly.
