  1. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as though you already have the Thunder Badge from Lt. Surge and have already obtained HM01- Cut. Could you please use the search bar in your bag/ check the TMs & HMs section of your bag to confirm you have obtained Cut? Can you also check your Trainer Card so confirm you have obtained the Thunder Badge (3rd Badge for Kanto)? After obtaining Cut from the Captain, you no longer will be allowed back on to the SS. Anne. In order to continue your story from here, you will need to go back to Cerulean City and go east to Route 9. Afterwards, make your way through the Rock Tunnel and you soon arrive to Lavender Town. I recommend that you have a look at the Kanto Walkthrough Guide, in case you wonder what to do further from that point or ever get lost in the future in terms of story. Do you have anymore questions?

  7. Hello there! I would like to inform you that Pikachu can learn Volt Tackle via the Egg Move Tutor in the Daycares. Here is a list of the Daycare Locations: Route 5 (Kanto) Route 34 (Johto) Route 117 (Hoenn) Solaceon Town (Sinnoh) In order to unlock these Daycares, you first need to defeat the Naero Boss in Cerulean Cave.   8. Hello there! Sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the issue has been made known to our developers and that they will look into it and work to find a fix to the issue. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you an estimated time as for when the issue will be solved. When a fix for this issue arrives, it will be announced in our PRO Official Discord so be sure to hop on in to keep up with the latest updates. After attempting to replicate this bug, it seems the only way to make it stop is by clicking on the "X" of the Pokemon Profile. Clicking on an empty space of your screen instead of the "X" will only make this bug persist rather than to stop it. Let me know if this works out for you.

  11. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There was a mailbox bug that was fixed the past Saturday which didn't allow users to take their items from the mailbox. In order to have this bug fix applied to your client, if you are a Windows user, please restart your client and the auto-updater will apply the bug fix patch. If you are an Android user/Mac user, you will need to uninstall PRO and download the latest client on the Downloads section of the PRO Website. Before downloading the newest client, if you are on Android, be sure to: Delete all PRO related files, including the .apk file you have used previously. Clean your device's cache using the CCLeaner app. Restart your device. Let me know if this works out for you!

  13. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Since you are the leader of your guild, could you try out the steps below? 1. Be removed from the guild as leader 2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader. 3. Have them kick you then reinvite you. 4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader. For any of your officers that have this issue, they could follow the steps below. 1.Have themselves kicked from the guild 2.Be reinvited and promoted to Leader. 3.Get demoted back to Officer. After completing the steps above, this should resolve your issue and allow you to promote your members or demote them. Let me know if this has worked out for you.

  15. Hello there! I would like to inform you that this is in fact the minimum game zoom you can have from your Options. If you wish to zoom out further, by swiping down from the top of your screen, you are able to open up the console. In here, type the command Staffview 1 and you will be able to zoom out further. If you don't like how far the zoom is, you can change it back by typing in the command Staffview 2 on the console. Do let me know if you have any further questions!

The command is /pm yourname-=-theirname. If this does not work, can you provide a video showing you performing these actions? Let me know if this works out for you!
  19. Hello there! I would like to inform you that the Nature Reroll Ticket, which once given to Psychic Marina, will allow you to choose your desired nature on your Pokemon. You can use as many Nature Reroll Tickets as you need if you don't approve of its nature. Keep in mind this only affects Legendary Pokemon, it cannot work on regular Pokemon. You obtain the Nature Reroll Ticket through the PVP Shop for 75 PVP Coins or through trading with another player. You can get PVP Coins from winning PVP Matches, which will result in 1 PVP coin. And if you make it in the Top 25, you will be rewarded a large sum of PVP coins as well as access to Tutor Heaven at end of the PVP Season. The Reroll Ticket, which is also given to Psychic Marina, will randomize the IVs of your Legendary Pokemon, not regular Pokemon. You can obtain the Reroll Ticket for 250 PVE Coins from the PVE Coin Master, 150 PVP Coins from the PVP Shop, have a chance to obtain it from 7th day reward of the Solaceon Daily Quest, or trade with another player. You can obtain PVE Coins from the Sinnoh Underground, Bug Catching Contest, or the Battle Tower. You could use the Reroll Ticket Exchanger, which will allow you to exchange 1 Reroll Ticket for 2 Nature Reroll Tickets, or 2 Nature Reroll Tickets for 1 Reroll Ticket. I hope this clears things up.   22. In the Arcanine Mount Quest, once you turn in Chansey, Kangaskhan, and Dratini with your OT, you will obtain an Arcanine Mount!   24. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that this digspot is intended to never reset, unlike the many others. It is meant to serve as an example as to how a digspot works and to demonstrate that those small patches can be dug up using the move Dig. This is in fact not a bug.
