Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the move Odor Sleuth its currently not coded, meaning its ability to grant Normal/Fighting moves to work is not yet implemented. You can check the Broken Move and Abilities thread and see which moves/abilities are currently not coded into PRO. Personal recommendation if you wish to use False Swipe on Ghost Pokemon is to use a Pokemon with the Scrappy Ability or to use the move Soak and then False Swipe. Let me know if this helped resolve your issue.

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that this bug has already been fixed. If you are using a Windows client, simply close and reopen the client for the Updater to patch the latest bug fix. If you have it on Android or Mac, please redownload the client here. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Have you made sure to that you have tried all the methods you have listed before? Also, could you make sure that you redownloaded PRO and all its files on to a folder, rather than placing it directly on a disk (C: or D: for example)? Let me know if this works out for you. -
Hello there! I would like to inform you that Content Scripters are the ones who are in charge of Beldum's moves in the excavation spawns, however since Beldum only learns the move Take Down by level up, it's unlikely this will be changed. Beldum is a very rare Pokemon, being a Tier 9, due to how difficult it is to catch it in the first place, considering that it's only move is Take Down and it's catch rate is the same as those of legendary Pokemon. The Catch Rate determines how easy or how difficult a Pokemon is to catch, ranging from 255-3. 255 being the easiest, while 3 being the most difficult to be caught. As Beldum has a catch rate of 3, it is one of the most difficult Pokemon to be caught in. You can find the catch rates of Pokemon by using sites like Bulbapedia or Serebii. As stated in the Game Rules: You are free to create a maximum of 4 accounts, just try not to go over this limit. There is a Name Change and Account Reset thread, however the service has been closed since. You can check the thread to see what requirements you will need in order to reset your account for the future. For Johto, best places to train I would say are Dragons Den and Victory Road as I have previously stated before. You can also rechallenge the NPCs every 7 days as long as they are not related to story. Do you have any further questions?

Hello there! If you have difficulty challenging the Hannah boss, might I recommend catching and evolving a Lightning Rod Goldeen? Defeat her Houndoom and have whatever is your first Pokemon be defeated by Hannah's second Pokemon, Machamp. Then send out your Lightning Rod Seaking, which Machamp will continually use Thunder Punch on, allowing you to use set-up moves like Agility. After you feel you are properly set-up, Seaking should KO all, if not most, of Hannah's Pokemon. You can see what kinds of Pokemon Hannah has, and what moves they will use, in the Boss Guide. Hello there! As LightningVector stated above, please use the Restore Pokemon Megathread as you have too many deleted pokemon and Staff can assist you there. Could you also please provide more specific information about your Pokemon so that Staff may be able to recover it for you? Ivs, Natures, Level, anything along those lines will be helpful.

Hello there! I would like to inform you that Clamperl evolves into Huntail and Gorebyss. It evolves into Huntail when you trade it holding the DeepSeaTooth or into Gorebyss when trading it with the DeepSeaScale. You can get the item to evolve Clamperl into one of these evolutions by doing the Abandoned Ship Quest or by using Rock Smash on the rocks of Love Island. To access Love Island, you will need to catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151) and 38 evolved data. The Rock Smash rocks of Love Island also require your Pokemon to have 220+ Happiness. If you need someone to assist you in evolving your Clamperl, you can go to the Evolution and Deleveling Request Megathread and Staff can assist you there. I hope this cleared up your issue. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as stated in Before Making A Support Topic: As stated by the quote, you will not be refunded the potions you lost due to a rollback. It would be unfair to the other players that have ask for the same and accepted their losses. Rollbacks usually occur when new information is gained, but isn't properly saved. This usually occurs in cases of a server crash. You can find more information about being hit by a rollback here. If it wasn't a server crash you experienced, could you have a look at these guides to see if they resolve your crash issues: ▪︎ Win7 Guide ▪︎ Win10 Crash Fix ▪︎ Android Guide ▪︎ Mac Guide ▪︎ Linux/GNU Guide ▪︎ Black screen and Failed to load mono fix A few points you could follow to see if they resolve your crash issues are: Check if your drivers are up-to-date Run in Compatibility Mode Clear out the Cache Add Firewall Exceptions In the case that you were removed due to a scheduled downtime, you usually are informed, via a server message that is sent to everyone, that the servers will be down in 10 mins and that you will need to logout. Another way of being informed is by being in the Official PRO Discord where they announce when the servers will be taken down. In the event of long downtimes, there may be a compensation as an apology for the delay. If you wish to regain the money for the Potions you have lost, try to do Digspots (3 Days Cooldown), Trainers (7 Days Cooldown)/Bosses (12 Days Cooldown), and hunting and trading players their desired Pokemon or Items for money. Hello there! Giovanni has Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Persian, Rhyperior. Considering Giovanni's Team consist mainly of Ground-type Pokemon, might I recommend to use a Water-type Pokemon like Goldeen or Psyduck? A nice little tip also is not evolve Pokemon so early on in the story unless you believe it's necessary as when a Pokemon has evolved or is an evolved form, the EXP needed to level up increases, sometimes drastically. I noticed your team is underleveled, as the level that's recommended at this is level 60+. I would recommend that you train up with your Pokemon in Route 15 or Seafoam B4F in order to grind some more levels. You can also use Rare Candies that will easily level up your Pokemon by 1. You can have a chance of obtaining these Rare Candies from doing your digspots or sometimes from the Pokestops that are around the Kanto region. There is also the Trainers that you can rematch every 7 days, as long as they are not part of the story. If you haven't already, make sure to challenge all the Team Rocket Grunts in Silph Co. as they would provide a good amount of EXP. You might want to bring some healing items as well like Potions and Revives that can assist you in battle. Do you have anymore questions?

Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. However, this isn't the proper place to appeal for your ban. If you wish to appeal, you will need to head the Discipline Appeals section of the forums if you feel that this ban was unjust. If Staff doesn't respond in 24 hours to your appeal, reply to your thread with "Bump." Keep in mind Staff do not act without proper evidence. Not to mention, staff are volunteers so we are not entitled to answer everything right away. With that being said, I wish you luck and will be locking this thread.

Hello there! I would like to inform you that you are unable to rechallenge the Gym Leaders once you have defeated them and obtained their badges. If you wish to grind for EXP to prepare yourself for the Johto E4, I would recommend training in areas like Victory Road, Dragons Den, Seafoam B4F, or Route 15. You can also use Rare Candies to quickly level up your Pokemon by one level, which you have a chance of obtaining one or two from the Pokestops, or being able to get a few from doing your Digspots. There also the NPCs you can rechallenge every 7 days, as long as they aren't apart of the story. Do you have anything else wish to ask?

Hello there! Since you are the leader of your guild, could you try out the steps below? 1. Be removed from the guild as leader 2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader. 3. Have them kick you then reinvite you. 4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader. For any of your officers that have this issue, they could follow the steps below. 1.Have themselves kicked from the guild 2.Be reinvited and promoted to Leader. 3.Get demoted back to Officer. After completing the steps above, this should resolve your issue and allow you to promote your members or demote them. Let me know if this has worked out for you.
