  4. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience and delay in response to your thread. The Silver Server was down due to some technical difficulties. However, now it should be back online and you should be able to connect to the server. Unfortunately, as stated in Before Making A Support Topic: Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, you will not be given a Lvl50 Gengar for compensation simply because you requested. This would be unfair to the other's who have asked for a refund and were not given one. If you have not received your Gengar back, you can file a report provided with evidence and a Staff member will review it. If you are experiencing crash issues rather than experiencing a server crash, could you please have a look at these guides to see if they resolve them: ▪︎ Win7 Guide ▪︎ Win10 Crash Fix ▪︎ Android Guide ▪︎ Mac Guide ▪︎ Linux/GNU Guide ▪︎ Black screen and Failed to load mono fix A few points you could follow to see if they resolve your crash issues are: Check if your drivers are up-to-date Run in Compatibility Mode Clear out the Cache Add Firewall Exceptions In the case that you were removed due to a scheduled downtime, you usually are informed, via a server message that is sent to everyone, that the servers will be down in 10 mins and that you will need to logout. Another way of being informed is by being in the Official PRO Discord where they announce when the servers will be taken down. With that being said, I will now lock this thread. I would like to thank your time for making this bug report, however I would like to inform you that Stone Edge is working correctly, Stone Edge's only effect is an increased critical hit ratio, it doesn't hit Pokemon when using Fly, unless the Pokemon using Fly or your Pokemon has the ability No Guard, which guarantees a Pokemon move to land 100% of the time on it and the opponent. I hope I was able to clarify this for you. Do you have anything else you wish to ask?

  7. It seems you have encountered a bug with registration that allowed you to create a 2nd account on the same email. However, this 2nd account does not have a forum account. I am going to need to head to the Dashboard using your 2nd account and to change the email so that a forum account can be created for it. This would just mean you have 2 accounts owned now. You don't need to worry about punishments until you go over the limit of 4 max accounts owned, like I stated previously before. Let me know once you have changed the email on your secondary account!

  9. Hello there! I would like to inform you that you are only able to register one account per email. The maximum accounts you can own is 4, so best to avoid creating more or punishments shall be issued. The reason why you are only able to create 1 account per email is due to our forum platform only allowing this. Do let me know if you have further questions!

  13. Hello there! I'm sorry for the incovenience. A common error that occurs after a merge is showing you the message "Invalid Username/Password." All you will have to do is change your password to something alphanumerical. A-Z, 0-9, on the Dashboard. Do not use special characters like, $ #@. Let me know if this resolves your issue!
  14. Hello again! It seems it is intentional that you are not able to choose a starter Pokemon as you already have Pokemon in your PC due to the merge. You can use those Pokemon that were caught in the Kanto region and continue your journey that way, we can't provide you the chance to choose your starter. If you want, you can go ahead and register a new account and play through the story that way to pick your starter and start over 100% fresh. Be aware you can only have 4 accounts owned by you.   21. Hello there! Sorry for the inconvenience! I would like to inform you that your account has been successfully unmerged. In order to begin merging your accounts please go to the Dashboard and login. Your account has 41 hours on Blue Server, and 0 hours on Red Server, so please remember to select Blue Server as your main server if you want your progression be restored to you. In order to merge your account, use the spoilers below as a guide: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! After that you should have successfully merged your account. Keep in mind, a common error that occurs after a merge is showing you the message "Invalid Username/Password." All you will have to do is change your password to something alphanumerical. A-Z, 0-9. Do not use special characters like, $ #@.
