Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. For the item that is stuck in your mail, there was a mail bug, that happened to be fixed recently, not allowing users to pick up items from their mail. In order to have this fix applied to your client, if you are a Windows user, please restart your client and the the auto-updater will apply the bug fix patch. If you are a Android user, you will need to uninstall PRO and download the latest client on the Downloads section of the PRO Website. Before downloading the newest client, be sure to: Delete all PRO related files, including the .apk file you have used previously. Clean your device's cache using the CCLeaner app. Restart your device. For increasing your Speed EVs, follow the chart below: This gives a list of locations of where to train up specific EVs, and at what times you should train. For example: Kanto - Route 24 Land Day is where you can train up Speed EVs. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please uninstall your current version of PRO and delete all files related to it? Afterwards, please head to the Downloads section of the PRO Website and download the latest client of PRO depending on your device. If you are using a Windows Client, simply close your client and open it up once again, as the auto-updater will patch your client to the most up-to-date version of PRO. If you are using an Android Client, you may want to try out these few steps before downloading the latest client: Uninstall PRO and delete all files related to it, including the previous .apk file you used. Use the CCleaner App to clear out your devices cache. Restart your device. Download the latest client from the Downloads section of the PRO Website. Do let me know if this works out for you!

Hello there! Im sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that accuracy of Play Rough is in fact correct. Please keep in mind that the accuracy of a move is only a probability, it's not statistically going to hit an opponent 90% of the time. Meaning every time Play Rough is used, it has a 90% chance of being successful. So seeing Play Rough miss two times in a row is not exactly uncommon. It's dependent on RNG, or what people call luck. Random Number Generator, or RNG for short, is a sequence of numbers that cannot be predicted in a reasonable way other than by a random chance. Meaning it's not reasonable to say that your Play Rough would be guaranteed to hit 90% of the time. You just will have to hope for the best. I hope I cleared this up for you. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would to inform you that the move's accuracy is only a visual bug, it still has 100% accuracy like it should. This visual bug will be fixed in a future update. As for learning Nuzzle, it does let you do so. Head to the Move Relearner and it should allow you to give your Pikachu Nuzzle back. These NPCs are located in: Kanto- Cerulean, Saffron Johto- Goldenrod, Blackthorn Hoenn- Slateport, Sootopolis Sinnoh- Hearthome, Snowpoint Do let me know if that is all. -

Hello there! Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm afraid to tell you that you need to create a new account if you wish to restart from the beginning. As stated in the Game Rules: You are free to create a maximum of 4 accounts, just try not to go over this limit. There is a Name Change and Account Reset thread, however the service has been closed since. You can check the thread to see what requirements you will need in order to reset your account for the future. You can also come to our PRO Official Discord and check our #announcements to see if there will be any news in relation to the Account Reset service being reopened. Do you have any further questions?
