Bandwidth issues: Just keep trying to connect, eventually you will get a connecting followed by "logging in" - this may fade, but just wait, it means you're connected and you're in queue, even if it doesn't show. From this point just be patient.

There are many reasons why the verification emails don't appear, try some of these. -Check your spam folders, we've had reports that checking your spam on desktop sometimes shows where it wouldn't on mobile etc. -Create and account using Gmail/Hotmail - these are the two most reliable. -Ensure you wait at least an hour; 5 emails are sent over the course of an hour to ensure you receive one, please be patient.

You just have to wait; you can sometimes get a "ghost queue" where you are in queue but it doesn't tell you, if it says "logging in" then disappears, you're in queue, so please be patient, it could take a long time with a long queue!

As Evolite says, a lot of people think this is a bug, it's why talking to NPCs should always be done, you see jokes, understand the story and it generally helps show you where you should be going, this is one of those moments since it's basically a "fourth wall-esque joke.
