Ralts can be found in: https://prntscr.com/9h7qru All the possible locations in that link. I prefer Love Islands, reason is simple lov islands also has Togepi and several other good pokemons to catch with that Ralts too, u might be lucky to get ralts and others. How long it took? Once i entered into grass and in a sec wild ralts lol xD but its Ultrarare imo, i was lucky and another one i hunted for 3 hours got 1 ralts and 3 togepis. But most players get in a hour hunt.. (That depends..) Hope that helps.

I was facing same problem, i pulled out my net plug and waited for 5 mins for IP reset then plugged in and im fine now. Maybe something's wrong with ur internet? and try changing IP i guess. Hope that helps.

1. Does the server go offline very often? Not that much but sometimes its like 2-3 times in an hour, but this case is pretty rare otherwise normally its like 2-3 or 4 times a day. 2. When the server does go offline how long does it usually take to come online again? Well mate, that depends upon the Server Rebooter, idk if they already got auto rebooted otherwise some selected staffs have to do it manually afaik. 3. How much would you rate this game one a scale of 0-10? I luv it lol 11/10 xD
