The idea of buying skin or form is your Pokémon to just have different look ( hroma work's too) Pvp and every other aspect remains the same cuz you don't buy better Pokémon, just different look For extra area the principal is the same - ms give you chance for rare Pokémon of area that is not obtain able. That area can work the same way. You can't lower the cost of your experience but you can attackt people with good marketing. For sure can be made balanced between donations and in game if many aspects can be developed. Im donating myself some cash cuz i like the game and i understand that it needs to be done to exist the game.

I understand that supporting this game require some money, and i do my best to keep the game alive. But for people from country that euro is expensive,to pay for one ms for one month is too much. That rais will affect mainly small players, who balery cover his experience. Also keep in mind that some PvP Pokémon if you want to get OT you will need more bms to get what you want. Imo good way to avoid this should be to be made paid skins of Pokémon or form's that could be bought only with coins ( like league of legends) Also some extra area that have some rare Pokémon and requires coins (similar as exclusive safari zone that requires ms ), or item/ pass that can be bought with coins. Cuz main aspect to the game is to be play able There are lot of changes that can be added if people are whining to listen
