  2. Hey! Recently I've been wanting to get back into the game as the friends I played this game with last year are starting to pick it up again and I've noticed all my friends seem to be on the opposite server I am. This is quite frustrating because I want to play the game but it's much more enjoyable playing with friends than it is solo. What's weird about this is that we all played on yellow server but it seems I'm the only one stuck on Silver despite of playing on Yellow. I don't believe I ever server transferred so I was wondering if this issue could be resolved and have my account transferred to Gold, it would be much appreciated! I do note however that the server transfer is currently not available but it seems it was out of my power on deciding what server I got to play on since I did not play the game when we could transfer servers. It would be much appreciated if you could switch my main account over to Gold rather than Silver! Thank you for your time :)

    I have had a look at our tools and can see you received a server transfer on the 17th April 2018 unfortunately, the most recent server transfer thread was closed as of ( 2nd of august 2019, 00:00 GMT ). If you would like to server transfer again, you would have to wait until the Admins open the topic again.

     

    For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements here NAME CHANGE / ACCOUNT RESET / ACCOUNT TRANSFER

     

    Please take note that, if the chance of the name change, account reset/transfer will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

     

    To progress on Ice Island, you will need a pokemon with the shadow tag ability and then speak to the Ice Sage. Once you have you should be able to progress towards Articuno.

    In 2016, I only had two blue and red servers. I played the old "red", I needed my account, my money, pokemons and the rest of the account to be registered in gold, not silver.

     

    Very complicated! I will need to make a gold account to play with my friends and start from scratch, with my friends playing gold, not silver.

     

    Please, I need my data to be registered on the gold server, I understand that it can open precedents, but start from scratch and I will have two accounts without need.

     

    Please, can you help me? It wasn't a transfer, I just want to go back to play and use my gold account.

    Hello @ThiagoSales.

     

    Unfortunately, as I said above Red and blue servers were merged to create the Silver server and the Yellow server was renamed to Gold.

    So any old red or blue account that is merged will only merge to the silver server. If you had an old Yellow account that will now be playable via the Gold server.

     

    If you are wanting your silver account data which now has your red data, you will then need to wait until the server transfer thread it open.

    There is no other way we can do this until then.

  8. ive been looking for the legendary dogs so i can do the celebi quest, found them all but suicine, checked all over tohjo falls, up the waterfall, bottom left, cant find it, dont have the dex data.

    My friends play on the gold server, not on the silver server. Now I have a main account on the silver account, an empty secondary account that had asked (with nothing) to stay in gold and my friends play in gold.

     

    Please, can I put my gold "ThiagoSales" to play with my friends and continue the journey?

  10. I started playing PRO in 2016, where I played Blue and nick was ThiagoSales. I did the merge, but couldn't recover my poke and money. It had about 78 pokemons and R $ 300 thousand .

    I have had a look at our tools and can see that you have merged correctly, I have also seen that your main account was in fact on the RED SERVER with 600 hours and the BLUE SERVER having 5 hours total.

     

    As Red and blue servers were merged to create the Silver server and Yellow server was renamed to the Gold server, you will now need to log in to the Silver server.

    Could you please log on to the silver server and tell me if everything is correct there.

  11. guys, i was going to Mt. Silver to battle red and gain access to trainers valley, to my surprise, this route is part of the legendary dog quest. well, I found the raikou within this route at boss red, but accidentally left the cave and when i came back the dog was no longer there. Now I want to do their quest and it is no longer there, how do i get the raikou dex date so i can do the quest now?

    I have gone through our tools and can see you have the seen dex data for all 3 legendary dogs, you should be able to proceed with the legendary dogs quest.

    Unfortunately, we cannot reroll your pokemon's nature for you, nor can "normal" pokemon use nature/IV rerolls.

    Reroll tickets can only be used on Legendary pokemon that you catch.

     

    You can find a list below of all legendary pokemon that players can currently catch.

  13. Hello eveyone & mostly member of the support,

     

    I need help because recently I tried to connect to my account PRO (cause I have some free time and I really want to play :) ).

    But I have some difficulties to remember my Username & Password. After some research, I finally find my Username, so I did a "Reset Password" in order to get a new password.

    Next, I tried to connect in game but there was a message who indicate that I have to make a "server merge". When I tried to connect to my account with the PRO Dashbroad, they said to me "Username or Password is invalid". So I did a reset password through the dashbroad and I managed to make the "server merge". After the succesful merge, I tried AGAIN to connect in game but I said "Invalid Username Or Password".

    Now, I'm completely lost so please if someone can help me.

    Do we have to wait a while for the reset ?

    Or Did make multiple reset create a bug in my account ?

    I read the EV safari wiki and there it states the following:

     

    "It is accessible from the Safari Zone lobby in Fuchsia City for an entry fee of 10,000, or for the reduced price of 2,000 if the player has an active Safari Pass. Each session lasts for 20-minute session."

    I then purchased the Saffari Pass (got print) and the price was still 10k for each session. What do I do now? I didn't even want the pass for the normal Saffari...

    If you have gone ahead and purchased the 24 hour safari pass and would like to enter the EV training zone, you will need to speak with the "ev training help desk" NPC.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and for your loss.

    Unfortunately, we cannot reset boss cooldowns as it would be unfair to all the other users that accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless if on our end or theirs.

     

    Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a rollback. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash. Take a look at the following thread if you were hit by a rollback for more information as to why you won't be refunded
