Greetings, @kaduG. First of all welcome back to the game, and sorry for the inconvenience. Im glad to inform you that you didnt lose anything. You just need to merge your account from the DASHBOARD. Once again sorry for the inconvenience, you have to merge your account because Blue and Red server was merged in to Silver Server, and Yellow renamed in to Gold Server. To help you a little more using our tools i could see your main server before the merge was Red Server. So please before merge the account check you have selected the right server. If you would like further information about merge please check this THREAD. If you havent updated the client yet i would like suggest you to DOWNLOAD the game to have the lastest version of the game. To try to solve this bug i would like suggest you delete the currently game you have installed and DOWNLOAD the game again. Greetings, @lucathom10 You can modify the evs of your pokemons as you want. To start to know how many evs you can have would be 510 evs per pokemon, and you can have max 252 evs per stat. If you for example putted evs in atk when you didnt want to put them there you can reduce this stat with a berrie. Check the following quote to know which berries reduce evs: If you would like know where you can get this berries you can check the following THREAD to know all the ways to get each berrie. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. Regarding how to get thief, You can obtain thief in Celadon Department Store's rooftop for 7,500 Pokedollars. But before you will need to complete the Celadon Mart Quest to be available to buy this TM. If you would like know how to make the quest step by step please check out this to know how to make the quest. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Most important, our current TOOLS do not permit us to track the shop logs and how money get spent, so we have no way to verify and refund these kind of things. Our developer has been informed and the issue should be solved. Regarding you lost the boss we can't do anything about it, we can't reset the cooldown of bosses from our tools, would be unfair for other users who lost their progress because of this bug too. Greetings, @maaoi Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately Draining Kiss is codded incorrectly, what this means, this move deals damage but doesnt restore health points. I would like suggest you have a look tho this THREAD to know which moves are not coded or codded incorrectly. There you can find which abilities are not coded or codded incorrectly. Unfortunately from our tools we can not reset the cooldown of bosses, and would be unfair for users who lost their progress because of crashing if we would refund you after we didn't refund them. I hope you understand it. If you would like more information please have a look to this quote: If after the crash the cooldown of the boss didn't get reset, despite it being reworked in python, that is caused by the fact that the server didn't experience a normal crash but instead kicked first all the player and then crashed. So for this the cooldown of the boss didnt get reset. But the Developers are already looking in to this to make the servers more stable, this is not an easy job so it can take a little to solve this problem. I hope you understand it. Ensuring a proper connection might help as well to minimize the loss of your progress. Therefore, you may try as well the following options in case you're experiencing frequent connection issues: Call your internet provider to ask if their internet try to kick PRO. Troubleshoot your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you're using a wireless connection Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a new DNS Server. If you would like have more information about when the servers will go under maintenance, restart or etc... Join in our DISCORD SERVER to know when all this will happen, before this events happen you will have always a tag in #announcements. If the server went off without a tag or reason was a server crash or it was your net, for that you can check the servers status in #bot-commands using the command ^up. As you chosen the Zap bell, fought the boss 3 times and chose Raikou as your beast we can not change your beast or reset the quest for you to change pokemon. Would be unfair for people who choosen a beast and after a time they wanted to change it and they got a no as answer for the change of their beast. I hope you understand it. Anyways if you would like get another beast you can get it via the World Quest. This quest has a 0,5% to start in each hour so it can start from a moment to another, a legendary beast can appear randomly with this quest. For futher information follow this THREAD. To evolve Happiny you will need level up him a lvl during Day and Happiny will need to hold an Oval Stone. Follow the following quote to know the time in PRO: Following the quote you will need evolve your Happiny during day time from 10 AM to 20 PM. Greetings, @Ta7esh. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm glad to comunicate you Choice items are working properly at the moment. When you use a move while your pokemon is holding a Choice item, your pokemon will be locked to that move. But in PRO we did a little change with this. After be locked with 1 move if you pick another move any message won't appear and your pokemon will proceed to make the locked move. About the other issue, that was a visual bug, this dont usually happen in PRO. When you used knock off in Tyranitar you knocked off another item when you saw you threw a Choice specs was a visual bug, that Tyranitar wasnt holding that item. Greetings, @GetFluxxed. Sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to say you that happens because your antivirus delete/remove/add to quarantine the file thinking it can be a virus. But as you know Pokemon Revolution Online doesnt contain any virus or infection. To solve this problem i would like suggest you the following two options: Add the entire folder to exceptions of your antivirus and firewall ( Example: If you extract the file in downloads add downloads as an exception). The other option would be unistall the antivirus ( This option is not recomended because your pc would be without protection). To have access to this tutor you will need complete the Event Move Quest, but to be available to start this quest you will need have a requirement. This requirement is: Have at least 450 Hours of playtime. To know more information of how to make this quest please check the following THREAD. But as you know Pokemon Revolution Online doesnt contain any virus or infection.
