Unfortunately we can not de-evolve pokemon due to technical restrictions with the tools, the same comes with the iv's, gender, nature or ability of the pokemon, i hope you understand it and if we couldnt would be unfair do it just for you and not for the other users what got the same problem and got a reject on their requests for the same thing. Greetings, @polegadas Sorry for the inconvenience. if you lost to a NPC of the sinnoh quest you should be able to get back to hoenn region through the ship on vermilion's Dock or walking to jhoto and going to hoenn through Nap island and after that just go back to the NPC. When you're not the champion of the region you cant use other region pokemon, for that you cant use your kanto pokemon on jhoto region, but when you get the elite 4 of jhoto you will can use them for defeat the elite 4. Saludos @Fedesio lo sentimos por el inconveniente. Le he bajado dos niveles a los dos pokemon, porfavor antes de volver subirles de nivel, haga que sus dos pokemon sean debilitados en una pelea contra un pokemon salvaje, esto hara que su felicidad baje y se des-buggee el pokemon y puedan volver a evolucionar, despues de que sean derrotados salgase del juego 1 minuto y vuelva a conectarse, vaya al pokecenter mas cercano y revivalos ahi, entonces al subir de nivel volverá a aparecer la ventana para evolucionarlos. Unfortunately from our tools we can not reset the cooldown of bosses, aand would be unfair for users who lost their progress because of crashing if we would refund you after we didn't refund them. I hope you understand it. If you would like more information please have a look to this quote: If after the crash the cooldown of the boss didn't get reset, despite it being reworked in python, that is caused by the fact that the server didn't experience a normal crash but instead kicked first all the player and then crashed. So for this the cooldown of the boss didnt get reset. But the Developers are already looking in to this to make the servers more stable, this is not an easy job so it can take a little to solve this problem. I hope you understand it. Ensuring a proper connection might help as well to minimize the loss of your progress. Therefore, you may try as well the following options in case you're experiencing frequent connection issues: Call your internet provider to ask if their internet try to kick PRO. Troubleshoot your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you're using a wireless connection Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a new DNS Server. If you would like have more information about when the servers will go under maintenance, restart or etc... Join in our DISCORD SERVER to know when all this will happen, before this events happen you will have always a tag in #announcements. If the server went off without a tag or reason was a server crash or it was your net, for that you can check the servers status in #bot-commands using the command ^up. Unfortunately in this type of cases we cant do anything, this are bugs with pvp related, i would like to inform you that our developers are working to do a battle rework were this type of bugs will be completly disappear, but we dont have any eta of when can come, if you would like more information please have a look to this THREAD.
