In the thread i mentioned above you can make a reply asking for get 1 level down your whirlipede to evolve it into Scolipede. Anyways i would like inform you the Developers are reworking the Battle-PVP code from scratch right now, this is not an easy work so it can take a little. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. Regarding the second question no, you cant have more than 999 items, so i would like suggest you before get to that mount of Rare candies sell a little amount of them or use it. To have more information of where you can get this item look the following locations: Diamond Domain B1F - Hidden. Rock Smash Spots at Love Island by chance. At any pvp-coin shop for 5 pvp-coins (Vermillion, Blackthorn, Mauville and Canalave). Possible boss reward by Officer Jenny and Pumpkin King. When a Wurmple appear as Cascoon if you cancel the evolution and try more times that doesnt change anything, Wurmple will still evolving into Cascoon and cant change and evolve into Silcoon. This is because Wurmple evolves into either Silcoon or Cascoon depends on its personality value. This personality value can not be influenced or seen by the player, this mean if your Wurmple chosen Cascoon as his evolution that cant be changed you will need catch another one to see if this one evolves into Silcoon.
