To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Log out, close the client stay 10 minutes offline and then re-try Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Most important, our current TOOLS do not permit us to track the shop logs and how money get spent, so we have no way to verify and refund these kind of things. Greetings, [uSER=2204093]@addy[/uSER] Sorry for the inconvenience. In that guide mention the prof oak to confirm you have all the kanto pokedex caught except mewtwo, articuno, moltres and zapdos. Regarding why he didnt give you the map is because the prof oak doesnt give you the Old Sea Map, to get it you will need go to the building next to the Pokecenter in Celadon and go on the Roof Top by taking the elevator, entering in the house of the Roof Top and talking with the npc there he will give you the Old Sea Map, if you would like further information please take a look to this THREAD. Regarding if you can have two accounts open at the same time, yes, you can use it to trade money from your first account to your other account and vice versa. Greetings, @BenjaminGale Sorry for the inconvenience. I would like inform you fighting moves makes super effective damage against normal types. What you have experienced with seismic toss is because seismic toss deals damage in relation of the level of your pokemon, so that doesnt matter if it says it was super effective or not. Regarding why earthquake makes damage to Gengar is because the most part of the items, movesets, abilities of the pokemons are coded like in GEN 7, this means the abilities of the pokemons are like in GEN 7. In GEN 7 the ability of Gengar ''Levitate'' was changed in to ''Cursed Body'' that is why now gengar is taking damage when your rival makes Earthquake. Greetings, @stavd Sorry for the inconvenience. Im glad to inform you Karrablast is available to evolve in this game, you will need trade a Karrablast with a Shelmet to evolve the pokemon. Regarding Swirlix and Spritzee unfortunately those pokemons cant not evolve at the moment. Because the item to evolve those pokemons are not available for the Players. You can get the data of Victini in your pokedex fighting against the suspicious bot. And the last pokemon, Cryogonal, this pokemon can not be caught at the moment, the said pokemon was only available to get it during Xmas 2018 and in the past through Headbutt. So right now this pokemon doesnt have a currently spawn to get it. I would like suggest you join in our DISCORD SERVER to know about futures announcements about spawns/items/evolve changes. Greetings, @monhuntress Sorry for the inconvenience. Using our tools i could see you have a leftovers in the following pokemons: Geodude, Totodile (in your party) and Phanpy (in your PC). I hope those three leftovers was the item you was looking for. In your bag we couldn't find any leftovers more. Regarding the issue of the pokemons aren't locked in your pc i would like suggest you take one from kanto and see if you're able to keep it in your party. If after try it goes back to the pc is just only a visual bug, it will fixed with the time. I will be aware of this thread waitting for your response. Have a great day. Nezuko

Greetings, @dotarice Sorry for the inconvenience. I would like inform you the Developers are reworking the Battle-PVP code from scratch right now, this is not an easy work so it can take a little. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. 2 pokes have disappear after a server crash

Greetings, @TxCapitanVenen0 Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, that gengar is illegal, i will explain this a little more. You got that gengar via a NPC in a Staff Map, users was not allowed to be there and for our own error when people started to log on gold they appear in that map. After close the server, the PRO Staff decided to delete all this ilegal pokemons. I hope you understand it. Regarding the issue about the Vulpix-Alolan i would like inform you that once you encounter a pokemon and catch it, an ID is generated to tell us the Pokemons has been saved in our database. This ID can be generated with this two options: Waiting some minute after the Pokémon has been caught (generally the time necessary to obtain an ID is around 3-5 minutes) Relog, as relogging automatically force save your progress and therefore help you to avoid, or minimize, your losses. With that said, unfortunately i have to inform you that, as your pokemon has been deleted without an ID, we are not able to recover it because Pokemons without ID doesnt appear in our Database. Also, we cannot refound you by spawning the said pokemon again because would be unfair to other player who accepted the loss of their progress due to rollback. Please take the time to read the following thread: Hit by a rollback. From the team of PRO i would like to apologize for the lost of your progress. But we cant do anything more about this issue. This decision was made to keep our Developers completly focused in the rework of the new Battle-PVP code. I hope you understand it. Therefore, you may try as well the following options in case you're experiencing frequent connection issues: Call your internet provider to ask if their internet try to kick PRO. Troubleshoot your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you're using a wireless connection Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a new DNS Server. If you would like have more information about when the servers will go under maintenance, restart or etc... Join in our DISCORD SERVER to know when all this will happen, before this events happen you will have always a tag in #announcements. If the server went off without a tag or reason was a server crash or it was your net, for that you can check the servers status in #bot-commands using the command ^up. Did this bug happen more to you?, if is the case i would like suggest you to make a video to clarify the things a little more.
