  1. Hello, Could you check if your device time is set properly including the internet time settings (it needs to be synced with internet time server). If you still have issues with syncing it you can go into the Run menu and update the windows time from there. Let me know if it worked or not. Kind regards, Contrary

  16. Hello @yunis979, It's really doable for us to make an iOS build but we cannot add it to the shop and therefore not verify it. So only users with a jail breaked phone could use it and we really, really don't want to encourage our players to do that as it might break their phones.   18. Hello, I would like to inform you that it’s been setup that way to avoid overloading the map whenever many players are in the same place. It's still possible to see some people on the map, just not all. In your case this might be annoying at time, since it seems you are guiding your friend. If it becomes to hard to do it this way make sure to use the Kanto walkthrough guide, so your friend can see where to go. Sometimes it can be the connection of players aswell, so make sure to check if yours is stable. There is nothing wrong with your friends account or yours. Hope this has answered it for you.   21. Hello @BabyNefarious, First of all I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. I think you forgot to add the pictures as I don't see them, it's not a big problem, I understand the issue at hand. Sadly this is not possble. Midway through the quest we don't save the progress of players. It's finished or it's not and sadly because of the crash that occured you couldn't finish it. As you mentioned this happened to more players and I have to inform you that you will need to restart the quest, just like they did. Sadly I can't help you refund your resources aswell, as we didn't do this prior for others. However I can give you some advice for the quest; You can catch a lvl 50ish Gyarados, get it to lvl 60 and do it without even EV Training it. Moxie Ability helps, but its not necessary. Just catch some backup Pokes inside the Cave (so you can Revive Gyarados) and beat all the trainers. Hope this helps and you can work with the given explanation above, if not please ask.   24. Hello and welcome back to PRO! Here you can read more about Natures, IVS and EVS. If you have any questions about it let me know. In short: - A nature gives a Pokemon 10% more or 10% less points on their total stat, it depends on the nature. - IVs are always fixed, it's how you catch the Pokemon. 31 is the highest and 1 is the lowest. - EVs are the stats you train on the Pokemon. You can train 510 EVs on a Pokemon, but maximum 252 on each stat. (252 attack, 252 speed and last 6 on hp for example). For more info about these check the links hyperlinks above. For looking up what nature is good for most Pokemons I suggest you to use the Smogon Pokedex. If you have any other questions let me know. Kind regards, Contrary
  25. Hello, First of all I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. I would like to inform you that this is a known bug and it will be fixed with the big pvp rework (because it isn't easy to fix it immediatly). The bug freezes both opponents and requires one of them to disconnect, so it ends. One will win and one will lose because of it. Sadly I can't restore your rating, we haven't done this for people in the past aswell. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience I really get that it's annoying.
