Hello @Bhimoso, Thanks for bringing it under our attention first of all. I have cleaned up the guides subforum now. Community coordinators or staff members in general look on the forums and whenever we see something that needs moving, we move it to the right subforum, but we don't really go looking for this kind of stuff or check every subforum daily to see if there are no invalid posts on the subforum. Anyways, if you come across a subforum with a lot of threads that aren't in the correct place, feel free to report and we will take care of it. Hope this has answered it for you. Hello, This bug is already under the attention of our developers. We aren't sure when something like this with quite low priority will be reworked, but in the future there is a pvp rework promised by the devs that should fix all moves and abilities. Hello, Sorry for the waiting. Can you follow the procedure listed below and tell me if it works? 1. Create a shortcut to the PRO exe and name it what ever you wish. 2. Right click your shortcut and goto properties, when you get there you will find a textbox that says "Target" and then the location of the PRO exe you created a shortcut for. What you will want to do is after the end of it, type -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl or -force-glcore. Add a space between .exe and -force 3. Hit Apply, and then run the shortcut you created. PRO will now run using directX 11 and should no longer crash due to buggy windows 10 and drivers. I'll be waiting for your reply. Kind regards, Contrary

Hello, According to our tools you bought a choice specs yesterday and your careful natured Kadabra should be holding one at the moment. Indeed as Bhimoso said I think you missclicked on the move Trick and your item got lost. Sadly there is no way of recovering it for us, since we just can't confirm that this happened, but also the fact that we didn't refund people in the past so it would be unfair to refund you now. Hope you understand the situation at hand. A little advice; remove the move trick from your Synchronize Pokemon, it doesn't need it most of the time. Kind regards, Contrary

Please fix the date it shows you, it says 2563, but it's 2020. This should solve the issue. Let me know if it worked.

Hello, As it is right now you need a pokemon with 220 happiness points and has learned the move rock smash to be able to break the crystals at Love Island. This is because the Love Island crystals have a high chance of dropping valuable rewards, such as a Deep sea tooth. You are still able to use the pickaxe and any other tool elsewhere, without the need of having a pokemon learning that specific HM. It is only at Love Island that you're unable to use the pickaxe.
