Would like to inform you that you can recatch the Entei by battling the guardian, like you did before. You will have 16.67% chance for the guardian to spawn the Legendary Dog corresponding to your Bell. At the 3rd consecutive win, you can choose to spawn it with a 100% chance, instead of another win streak reward. For more information regards the quest check HERE.   5. Hello @SkrilDemon, I would like to inform you that we can't recover your Entei, because it was deleted a long time ago and we simply don't have the resources to recover it. However you can re-battle Nikola boss now. Your var of Entei appearing has been reset, so once you beat it, it will appear and you can catch it. Here you can find information about Nikola's team. To not fail catching it I suggest you get a master ball, you can buy one from the pvp shop for 10 coins or try tradechat in-game. Hope this helps. Let me know if it worked. Kind regards, Contrary
  6. Hello, In the future there will be a game corner update, your arcade coins will be of use there. We don't change rewards manually. Hold them for now and use them in the future in the reworked game corner. Today was decided by the content team to remove the arcade coins from the news reporter quest, so you won't dind the arcade coins there anymore in the future. Hope this has answered your question.   7. Hello @sgarac, It could've been a small server crash that occured, but they happen to everyone, so you wouldn't be the only one that got kicked from the server. In these cases it's a cointoss who wins or loses, sadly you lost in this scenario. What's also possible is that the problem was on your side and you disconnected therefore. I doubt a DDOS is the case here. Hope this has answered it for you. Have a good day!

  10. Hello, Could you elaborate with what you mean with 'you can't see player after this update'? We have a zooming in and out function in the settings. You can adjust here the amount of players you would like to see. If I didn't get the issue, please add a screenshot so I understand what you mean. Looking forward to hear from you.   13. Hello @Timon12, I am really sorry for the caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, we don't reset the cooldown, nor can we do it. You would have to beat Nikola in order to have a chance and catch it again. Players in the past have accepted this aswell and it would be unfair to do it now. About the rollback You can find out about Nikola's team HERE. Try lending Pokemon from friends or use tradechat to buy the ones you think you need in order to beat it. This due to players who accepted their loss in the past, it would be unfair to refund your money now because we didn't refund them aswell. About the rollback With digspots and battling a boss you can easily make the 10k back to enter the safari again, hope this helpeed.   16. Hello everyone, I would like to inform you that the world quest was disabled because it was causing server crashes. It's currently being reworked and tested by our testers. It should be back soon. Keep an eye on PRO Discord's announcement as this is the place it will be announced. I understand your concern but the concept op the world quest is to do it together as a server. It taking the players 12 hours of the 24 hours you have to complete it is totally fine, nothing wrong with that. I am almost 100% sure that so far silver server has not failed the worldquest even once, expect for when the servers were unstable and WQ's were cancelled. Even if it might take time or it is a tough hunt, a reward such as the mysterious ticket requires some effort. I see you have mentioned some spawns that could be improved or changed. I suggest you to post those HERE so a spawn editor can take a look and reply to you. I hope this answered some of the questions you guys had.   19. Hello @kenhero1998, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. Does it totally show you a black screen when you start on the game? Did you try reinstalling the game?   22. Hello, The xmas Kyurem was only for players who played and caught the Kyurem during the christmas event. There is no npc that can change it's sprite to the christmas one. In the upcoming christmas event this year I can't guarentee you that we will add a way to change the sprite. You would need to wait for it to find out.   24. Hey @ShadowRanger, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. There was a bug found in the lending system, something that made lending not safe anymore, so we decided to disable it. Developers are currently working on it, but I can't give you an estimated time of arrival sadly. Keep an eye out on PRO discord as it will be announced there when it's back. For the moment you can take a screenshot of the chat and trade of you and another user agreeing on lending Pokemon (chat aggreement is the most important). This way if something goes wrong, our trade moderators can always help you. As said I am sorry for the caused inconvenience, we dislike it being down as much as the playerbase does.
