The user ended his auction June 25th and had the ability to sell his pokemon in game as they saw fit. Therefore, you reaching out to the user, ShadowRanger, does not fit the time. That being said, the next person to edit their post of an offer to change what they said or renege their offer will be punished accordingly based on the Punishment Policy. Just a bit of advice next time you can put in your rules: "I hold the right to sell the pokemon freely until a starting offer has been made, and will announce here if this done." This is due to the following rule being enforced : "14.
