Hello Shadowranger, The following rules need to be clarified/removed. 3. I reserve the right to adjust start and instant price for this bid. 4. I reserve the right to cancel this auction if a deal is made through the game Number 3 is just a clarification that if you do change the instant price you will have to announce here that it has been changed. "Insta Price shall be announced in public. Insta Price is not negotiable, by possible bidders. Breaking those principles, will lead any insta price/insta bid to be voided." Other than just to clarify that rule is quite fine. Number 4 is not allowed upon the start of your action no matter the case "Auctions cannot be cancelled once started.(Starting Price was met or starting point time is on.)" So if you would please remove Rule number 4 and just keep in mind what I said for Rule number 3 I would greatly appreciate it. To All Concerned, Any further off topic comments on this thread regarding the price the player has set for their pokemon will force me to enforce Rule Number 6 of Trades Rules (https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/29538-url) and punish accordingly. "6. Users can sell their Pokemon at whatever price they'd like, within reason. Do not harass users over their sales." If you do not sell this pokemon to Fogy (the rightful winner) in the 24 hour I will enforce the Punishment Policy. Celem, I can understand how you are frustrated. However, Fogy has done nothing wrong so I will ask you to stop claiming he is a scammer. The server being down does not impact this auction in the slightest. My decision is based on our current rules which you agreed to once you started this auction. You are more than welcome to make a post in the complaint section if you truly believe this is unfair. Fogy does not have to wait 10 minutes because the auction was over. To everyone, Further comments on this thread outside of Fogy (Saying it was traded/Trying to set up a location/time for the trade) or Celem (Saying it was traded/trying to set up a location/time for the trade) will not be allowed. Auction rules do not change if the server isn't stable and the end time does NOT change unless an auction bid is placed with less than 15 minutes left. As this was not the case Fogy is the winner.
