Hello are raffle tickets events allowed? For example, I want to sell/giveaway a pokemon worth 5-10m Am I allowed to hold a contest on forum/in-game and sell "tickets" ? Sell x amount of tickets before announced end date and have a drawing for winner. If not enough participants, then all money will be returned. For example, 1 ticket value = 100k (paid to me) 50 entries to close and then randomly select a winner. I get paid and winner gets nice pokemon for 100k or however many tickets they bought. Is this allowed? Thank you

can a real mod please clarify this? been playing for years and have never seen this rule enforced. i personally have bid many times for pokes in the opposite server and transferred after i won to pick it up, with no issues. now we need to be in the server of the poke to make a bid?
