Moved to battle system bugs

It's hard to say whether there really is an issue withthe switches with lack of evidence and the fact that these have been tested to be working well in the past and that there are many players who've gone through this gym without issues. For good measure I checked the switches and they appear to be working fine to me. Next time if you have any issues, please do try to get some form of evidence, in the form of pictures and/or videos. Thank you.

Please make sure you are following the quest properly: 1. Talk to NPC in kitchen. 2. Talk to Jenson (Make sure you have a Pecha Berry with you) 3. Win against Jackson 4. Get Blissey in Ballroom (take the stairs and go left) Feel free to revert if you are still having issues or if you managed to get through the quest :)

Trick House: I cannot reproduce what you are saying. I found the 4 scrolls and everything works as intended. Abandoned Ship: There are 6 keys. You simply are missing one of them.

This should be fixed now. If you cannot see him, go from where the Joey boss was and move up to where the Hoenn traveller was. Please let us know whether or not you are still stuck. Thanks. Also moved the topic to the appropriate section.

Try to contact a staff on support chat when you are online. We need you to be online at the same time to check your account information and fix it. This will apply to everyone who have went to the Moon before the fix applied by Chappy. Those who got there after and still cannot see Rayquaza (unlikely), you will have to use an escape rope and talk to Jackson again at Sky Pillar (and battle Deoxys again)

There doesn't appear to be any issues with the Headbutt trees. Can you check if you are still having the issues? Could it be that when you checked the Headbutt trees, the 24h cooldown was not over yet?
