Staff can't and will not add items to an account as issues in regard to the database could occur. So don't bother ask for staff intervention here and get the item yourself. Though, I thought the Silph Scope, you gain it from Fuschia from beating Giovanni in the Silph Co. Building if I remember correctly.

Heya I got a bit bored and play games using Steam, though I kinda wanted to meet more people from our community. So pretty much, I'm hosting a group in regard to Pokemon Revolution Online here as a homage to the stated Revolution of our game and our staff team. That's the actual quest. You have to spend money to gain the HM and also to gain access to the Subway System. Staff members won't give you any refund of any in-game currency for doing what was suppose to be done in the first place. Also staff did pointed out on day one that HM Fly never worked out of battle. You just never took the time to do your research.

Pretty much, staff can't do anything without any proper reason. Only thing you can do is try to help your friend via communication on a third party software.

And for your crashing, make sure you are forcing DX9 as I think I can guess you probably have an AMD card and Windows 10 probably? Yeah i do, how can i force DX9? Follow that hyperlink I put in my post and that topic will help you out. I'm unsure about what Naero stated, though staff members can't move you without actual special authorization. There also the probably it can mess up some set variableson your account as you ARE NOT suppose to leave Johto until you get your 8th badge, but thats my theory I guess.

That's the staff discretion if there an actual prioritized reason to reset your account. They won't do it by an actual request of the user who owns the account. (Take a look at the FAQ if you haven't done so..) If anyone told you that, honestly it's false as far as I know.

Well actually suggestions are just consider suggestions. Any suggestion itself has the ability to be added or not added as it sole depends on the developer and just the developer (no offense to you Gio). Also he did said locally on the user's part. Not sure how would that affect the server as it would affect the user's computer hard drive in question. (Could be similarly coded as how items in the Quick Slots are saved.)

Well that's impossible if that the case. I have switch between two computers without needing to switch files back to back (due to nothing except items in the item slots below are saved locally) and is able to login between both just fine without any issues of making my account start at the beginning introduction of Professor Oak. Are you positive?

Uh, you probably had selected the wrong server most likely. Try making sure that the server is the correct one which has all your current progress. All data relating to your progress is not on your computer, but on the game server itself.
