That issue is mainly related to CloudFlare as recently not just PRO, but many other game services are having the same issue with CloudFlare the past weeks and I guess they are trying to find a solution. Just hang in there. If the problem still persist after a few days or a week, just come back to this thread.

In my humble opinion, there are already so many people releasing the wrong pokémons and asking the staff to get them back, making them easier to release will definitely not help that; in fact, I'm sure that there would be so many more poké wrongly released because people don't pay attention, that they would need a staff member only for these particular tasks ^^ But, seeing the poké stats when a newly caught is send to the PC storage would let you know if you can stop farming or will have to continue x) However, this second option has already been suggested, even though I don't remember the answer they got Making them able to release on person isn't much of different and let's be honest, it wouldn't occur if people took the time to look at what they are releasing as there's a confirm prompt. Though on your second sentence, could agree with that as that one thing I loved at PokeMMO and a feature PRO needs for it's hunters.

Well in case such as that, nothing can be done without staff intervention. You are free to report the issue on either the Complaint Board or here....I guess Bug Resolution Board in regard to your issue as I don't do think you can do much without the staff's help. That depends on the current staff actually, so I don't have much of a say. Though I don't recommend it possibly as there never was much of a ruling when I was around. You can advertise your steam in some of the unofficial Discords some of the user base and some of our staff member host. Though you may want to keep in mind to follow their own rule set of the Discord you join.

Well this game isn't an official IP of Nintendo nor recongized as an actual game to Twitch so......you going have to make due to what you got I guess. -Edit- Or continue streaming / get higher people on the platform to stream as it seems most likely the staff don't much time on sending something to Twitch relating to it.

Multiple variables could be the reason why it doesn't load. 1. Your internet is probably the reason and may need be to checked. 2. Your client to need to be restarted as to what Rig stated. 3. Map server is a bit irritated and you'll probably need to wait a bit from all the flux from other users.

When I was staff, Auto bans were quite rare to be triggered. Unless you are seriously doing something you aren't suppose to be doing, you wouldn't trigger anything and be fine.... hmm.. probably the game needs to be tweaked?

I'll explain it to you. One person can have two accounts under the same email and then have two emails per person. Meaning, you can only have four accounts in total per person. The rule is pretty flexible so your brother will be fine playing also, but I do recommend you and your friends play with care and don't break any other rules such as Botting which could end up accidentally banning any other accounts on a botter's set IP address as a countermeasure. TLDR: If you, your brother, and your friends don't bot, you'll be fine.

Probably won't ever happen, even if the fact that it was a bug and if it was fixed. Editing the database to remove said Pokemon stated by the Administrators is known to be quite tricky as well as not an easy feat. Any simple error could end up ruining the whole database which means not just the player who gain the Pokemon save data would be screwed, but as well as the whole player base for the set server in question. I rather they just keep the Pokemon, even if it was unfair for the rest of the user base in question because at the end of the day, all Pokemon is just data really and we probably won't live long to enjoy them eternally :/

May want to check that out when you can. Vulcan Island Shore - 1. Unlisted Backpacker Girl - Seems like she states a number in regard to what dialogue you pick. Most likely a error in her dialogue possibly? and that's mainly it... Nice job to the CS for this wonderful island.

Staff can't and will not add items to an account as issues in regard to the database could occur. So don't bother ask for staff intervention here and get the item yourself. Though, I thought the Silph Scope, you gain it from Fuschia from beating Giovanni in the Silph Co. Building if I remember correctly.
