Hi, @Mensageiro I'm really sorry to hear that you couldn't find a decent charmander until now. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the game to increase the rate of encountering high IV pokemons. So, you'll have to keep hunting until you find a 90 IVs or higher charmander for the quest. I'm once again really sorry that I couldn't be much of a help. There are berries where you can reset your EVs. Note that the stats will eventually be the same even though you EV train at level 100.

It depends on the mega quest. For example, the quest you just mentioned: "lopunny", doesn't have reset options as you don't need to show, train, and defeat the NPC with your OT pokemon. It seems like you stopped on the part where you need to win the contest talking to the mega lopunny quest NPC. Note that if you fail to win the contest, there is a 1 day cooldown. I recommend to check guides in forums how to do the contest part.

For the ones you mentioned above, I hope these answers would help you return back to the game and finish the quests. (Charizardite X) You seem to accept the first task given by the NPC R'ual. (Charizardite Y) The charmander you showed to oak seems to be with another player. So, I recommend to reset your quest and start over. (Gallade) You have to now catch an OT ralts with at least 110 total IVs. (Heatran) I don't think you started the quest yet. (Latios/Latias) I don't think you started the quest yet. (Zapdos/Articuno/Moltres) You seem to just talk to Melody and started the quest. You have to battle the Fire Elder at Fire Island. Hi, @Lyn1311 I'm sorry for the late reply. First of all, Psychic Marina NPC that changes the IVs and nature in exchange of reroll tickets save the last 3 IVs of your legendary. Note that the skipped IVs when a reroll ticket is consumed also gets saved into the system, so you have to be-careful when trying to save your IVs with the system. Moreover, when you change your IVs of your legendary, the previous IVs will be saved into the system. I would like to inform you that this system was created to help players who accidentally changed or skipped the desired IVs to keep. So, it could be a little difficult to save multiple IV sets of a legendary. Since, the previous IVs will be saved into the system as the last 3 IVs when exchanged, it seems like you are able to save around 2 IV sets for each legendary. Did you let your riolu die in a wild pokemon battle? Also, did you close your game client completely in between not just logout and then relog right away? And is your riolu max happiness? If you don't mind, can you show us the happiness of your riolu? These are the parts that many players misunderstand the procedure.

Is your riolu's happiness max? You can check your happiness via using the command "/happy PartySlotNumber" at any of the game chats. (ex. /happy 6) Try if you followed the exact instructions that I mentioned above. Note that your riolu should be killed by a wild encounter pokemon.
