Hi, @OmegaGaming19. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Clefable can only learn cosmic power via Pre-Evolution Move Tutor, located in each daycares. So, in order to get access to Pre-Evolution Move Tutor you first need to open the daycare, which is also known as the Egg-Move Tutor Place. Check out this link, Egg-Move-Guide for more information how to open daycare. After you finish with the daycare quest, you'll gain access to each daycares located in the following places. - Route 5 (Kanto) - Route 34 (Johto) - Route 117 (Hoenn) - Solaceon Town (Sinnoh) When you walk inside the building, head behind the old man and walk through the door, you'll end up finding the Pre-Evolution Move Tutor. First of all, I want to inform you that you'll not lose any game progress, items, money, nor pokemons from your account when transferring to another server. Unfortunately you can't transfer your account at the moment as the server transfer service is currently closed, so you'll have to wait until PRO staffs open up the service again. There is no set eta for when it will be opened again. But, when the service is re-opened, it will be an announced in both the Announcement Subforums and the announcement channel in our Official PRO Discord Server, so I recommend you to stay in touch with the announcements. Hi, @Chocola. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. As you might already know, the past three servers red, blue, and yellow now became two servers, which are silver and gold. Red and blue merged together now called silver and yellow just changed its name to gold, so unfortunately you won't be able to merge your accounts to gold, but in order to keep all your previous progress in-game, items, and pokemons, merging is inevitable. (If you have questions about how to merge check out this link, How To Merge) There is one way to change your servers after the merge, which is the Server Transfer Request. Unfortunately, it has recently been closed, so you'll have to wait until PRO staffs open up the service again. Sadly, there is no set eta for when it will be opened again. But, when the service is re-opened there will be an announced in both the Announcement Subforums and the announcement channel in our Official PRO Discord Server, so I recommend to stay in touch with the announcements. We only offer to help players trade evolve or delevel a pokemon to make the pokemon reach it's final evolution. Making a pokemon back to a previous state is impossible and we don't offer these kinds of support.; If the pokemon is evolved once there is no turning back. I have checked your account, but it seems you have already finished Johto story up to 8th gym. According to the database, you already have 8 badges from Johto. Since you already have 8 badges from Johto, you were able to face Johto E4 and move around Kanto and Johto with your pokemons originated from both regions freely. In PRO, the areas with special magnetic fields are "New Mauville", " Mt. Coronet b1f", " Mt. Coronet 2f", " Mt. Coronet 3f", " Mt. Coronet 4f", " Mt. Coronet 5f", " Mt. Coronet 6f", " Mt. Coronet 7f" and "Spear Pillar". Can you try to level up in the following areas that I mentioned above. Please inform me if your magneton still doesn't evolve. I'll be waiting for your reply.
